Everything about quip is great; the design, the delivered heads, the timed vibrations. That being said I have been having issues with the motors, my wife’s had to get replaced and mine just doesn’t want to work every now and again. It might be just the battery but I thought that wouldn’t happen since new batteries get delivered with the heads.

Every few months I get my refill brush head and toothpaste along with battery and that’s a great service. I hate the extra packaging! If quip had a recycling program I could send back my old battery and brush head in the bag they send and feel better about my purchase at the same time. Also, the toothpaste bottle is terrible. The color makes it blend in with the other boring bottles in my cabinet and because it’s made of plastic, it’s hard to squeeze to the end. A weak three stars from me.

Quip has been working fine, however the last delivery was delayed for more than a week. My battery was dying. It was hard to use. I also have braces and the brush isn't the best for that.

I had replace because it broke immediately. It took a couple weeks and photo evidence

My family and i have been using quip for a year now. We really like the timer that vibrates every 30 seconds.. The battery and brush life are both good. Our only complaint is that the motor is weak. I would be willing to pay more to replace the original motors with a stringer one. I'll continue as a member for a while longer in hopes that you will release a stronger motor.

I wanted to love this but it randomly keeps stopping while I’m brushing, even after a new battery is in. Extremely frustrating

I don’t see any difference in this tooth brush and any of the other battery operated toothbrush. It does exactly the same. Some others are more powerful.

My cousin loves this brush. It’s electric but just as much about your brushing. I don’t see much benefit.

The brush basically works fine, but the smart motor hasn't been worth the upgrade. I'm on my second--the first one failed. A major user issue still hasn't been addressed: if your bedtime brush happens after midnight, you lose your streak. I'm writing this after a long night of extra work and just realized I'm losing my brush streak because of it. Not that the points accumulate enough to be worth anything...I should have stuck with the regular motor!

I like the timer effect. My mouth/teeth do not feel as clean as my oldoralB
