Liked the toothbrush. But it stopped working within one year

When I started using the toothbrush it was great but it started to have a lot of problems. The timer stopped working and would start for no reason. I love the design but their are a few things that are need to be fixed

It’s sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The convenience of the shipments and not running out is nice but the. Overall performance is basic . The Power and strength is of a mild tone. Something for a child not a grown woman but I just apply my right amount of pressure and double brush resetting the timer . It’s supposed to be 30 sec. per section of the mouth . That does work for some. I was expecting super strength is all. Bristles are nice

Overall the tooth brush and all accessories are great. However my brush battery dies before the refill gets to me every time. The refill is ordered every two or three months, but then it takes the product a whole month to process and ship. By the time it gets to me my brush has been dead for days and the brush is matted and way past in need for replacing.

I don’t think it has made any difference over my manual brush . The price is good though

Not that impressed seems to be no better than the manual toothbrush only thing that it has is the timer which is good. Replacement heads every three months is good, I think rotary bristles clean better than just vibrating ones

I got quip for both of my kids, but wishing the replacement heads would come sooner than every 3 months!

I have been using quip for a few months now and my most recent refill was unsatisfactory. The toothbrush head does not appear to fit on my toothbrush. Every time I brush my teeth the head with pop off no matter how tightly I push down to get it to stay. This was to the point I had to hold the brush in place as I brushed. This made brushing my teeth with quip extremely frustrating and annoying.

I got my quip in May 2019 and have loved it - so nice and sleek, unlike usual bulky electric toothbrushes, But now it has started shutting off after 10-15 seconds, not going through the 2 minute cycle. I can start it up again when I push the button but it's annoying

I like the design of Quip and the ease of use. It does not vibrate as much as newer options.
