My quip was great to start off when I got it last December. As time has gone on and I have gotten my refills to change the brush head, my quip malfunctions all the time. It used to have be one and do it’s pattern for how I needed to brush but now, after the last 2 refills and battery changes, it barely works. I’m lucky if it stays on for more than 3 seconds. I constantly have to press the button again and I can’t remember the last time it went through the entire brushing cycle :( very upset with my quip because it used to be so good.

I continue to use quip because I think it’s fashionable and I enjoy the automatic replacements. That being said, for an electric tooth brush, the overall cleaning experience could be better. For instance, my dentist recommends an electric toothbrush that both vibrates and is oscillating.

i like the small head and soft feel. the cleaning is good. Probably not quite as good as the bigger competition. i did not like that the motor died almost exactly 1 year out.

I like the tooth bruise but could not give it more stars because of the automatic replacements. I bought a black quip but all my replacement heads are grey. Not a big deal but if I would have wanted grey I would have bought grey. Also the battery does not last very long. I have to replace the battery before my automatic replacement arrives. I do love the brush and how it cleans my teeth.

I have enjoyed my quip, except now keep having issues of it not turning off, or turning on randomly in the middle of the night, or it just not working and when reaching out to quip the response time is very very slow!

The product works as advertised. The Service when you have a defective product is extremely slow.

Teeth feel amazing, I love quip, when it works. Doesn’t stay on, battery runs out quickly. Otherwise it’s a great product.

It’s sleek and nice. The thing that stuck to the wall was mis-advertised because it got un-sticky and fell.

We loved the quip at first. We received one from our ortho to srart with after braces. Mouth felt so clean! The quip stopped working about 9 months later then we were shipped a replacement. Customer service was wonderful!! The replacement quip lasted a couple weeks and stopped working. So now we are deciding to either email customer service again or just get something else.

The battery has not been lasting as long as when I first started to use it.
