Quip is a nice toothbrush that works well for travel and everyday life. It is difficult to take off and change head however and I broke mine after a few months and now it doesn’t vibrate anymore.

The customer service is great but the product itself comes nowhere near the competition. It simply isn't powerful enough.

Pretty average. It looks beautiful and the branding/packaging is great but I wouldn’t say it’s a great toothbrush. Really hard to get the top off to replace the battery which is super annoying and the wall holder has fallen off a million times!

I purchased the one year subscription for my daughter and me. The brush on the first quip sent to me would not snap on snugly to the handle. Quip required me to photograph the malfunctioning Quip from several different angles before it would replace it. The second one they sent snapped on a bit better, but still did not seem 100% secure-but certainly better. The third one they sent to me was like the first and every time I brush my teeth I have to grip it at the juncture between the handle and the brush to prevent it from popping off and falling in the sink. This is not a well made product and the return process is a hassle.

These are great, in concept. But I've had two in a row fail on me so I'm giving up and going back to my Sonicare.

Decent toothbrush but don’t seem to get my refills without having to contact Quip

I feel the brush is too soft. I would prefer something more medium then soft. And the batteries I received doesn’t last long.

It is an overpriced toothbrush that has a handle that vibrates in your hand. The vibrations do not so anything to help clean your teeth.

Love the design and that it doesn't take up any space or need any cords. The auto refill keeps me on track for changing the brush head, even though the battery is still going strong. Have had 2 dental checkups in the year since I got the quip and both times all was good - no cavities, no plaque!

Disappointing product. Just not what I hope for at an expensive price.
