So I have had a quip for maybe a year now but the same problem persists. The head and the body don’t perfectly match on eachother so the head will pop off every now and then. Toothpaste also gets stuck in the gap and can have a smell after use. Quip has been excellent in sending replacements when this lead to larger issues but it can be a bit annoying to deal with.

Very convenient but probably not the best brush I’ve ever used.

I like the floss, I like the frequency in which it arrives, I like that the dental floss container is refillable. What I can’t stand is that it takes SO MUCH packaging to ship one tiny tube of dental floss. I mean come on people. I’m thinking about discontinuing my subscription just because of that.

I enjoy the Nice comfortable grip and wall mount. For me the brush head only last about 2 month’s if that. While wating for three month refill must go back to standard tooth brush.

I enjoy all aspects of the this toothbrush. They only thing is my toothbrush randomly turns off and on. It’s like my toothbrush is haunted.

After using quip for about a year now. I found that the toothpaste provided didn't give me that minty fresh feeling in my mouth. I had to resort using crest toothpaste in order to feel that my mouth was fresh.

When first started using loved it changed the head and keeps falling off. Don’t like that I have to get the toothpaste, don’t like it and is a waste as I will just toss in the garbage

I really liked Quip when I first got it but since that first Brush head I’ve had multiple issues that whenever I brush my teeth the brush head comes off! I seem to be putting it on and it snugly connects but then I think the pressure from brushing removes it. Quip worked with me to try a new handle even but I’m having the same issue. I like the product and company but may not be for me!

Design is great, but doesn’t seem to do the job as well as Oral B electric toothbrush. I think you need some type of rotating head or more pulse action

Brush head removal is difficult. Battery life doesn't last for three months. I do like the way my teeth feel after brushing.
