Quality issues

My third toothbrush head does not stay on, and I am nervous this will be the case for the rest.

The vibration only works half the time.

The last three months have been rough with my toothbrush. I have to push the head on tight before turning it on otherwise the toothbrush will turn off during use.

Great until the change of battery or brush

The brush is hard to remove and on tents to fall off... same with battery when I have changed it turn on on it’s own we have 3 in the house and have exchanged 2 already yet I love the brushing we get

Brush keeps breaking

I love the idea of Quip and the toothpaste, but the brush breaks all the time on me for some reason. I’ve been sent a new one once because of it breaking and now the new one will snap off in the middle of brushing my teeth.

Cute, convenient, very instagram - my teeth don't feel particularly cleaner though

The design was great - I have the rose gold. Loved the convenience that I could stick it to the mirror (save that precious counter space) and that it was lightweight and good for travel. The sustainable packaging for the subscription is great. That said, I recently forgot it at a friend's house and had to brush my teeth with a normal toothbrush from a convenience store, and honestly, my teeth felt cleaner with the manual brush. I haven't had a problem with my teeth since using quip over 1.5 years, so that's important to note. No cavities. I think it's a fine toothbrush, but not life-changing.

Great until...

I love the design of my all black quip it’s amazing, but recently I’ve noticed that the head of the brush is not flush with the handle and also lately it’s been cutting off based on the direction I brush in and I have to restart it so it’s a little frustrating and disappointing

Improving on an already good thing is not necessary

I have been a quip owner since the beginning and have been happy until now. The new toothpaste tube is messy and unpleasant to use. I have recently upgraded to the bluetooth device and am trying to adjust to the tracking methods, but at the end of the day, it is just one more thing to keep track of. I enjoyed the simplicity of product at its start but now I feel the marketing has gone in a different direction trying to provide more than is necessary.

Good product but can do more.

I love my new product. My son is using it and he loves it a lot . But for me, if possible, the machine can be made more powerful than it is. More power more impact in cleansing

Good for Traveling

Okay vibrations... Nice size for travel/packing...holder also doubles a cover which is very nice... found it very difficult to access battery...thought brush lost its shape too quickly.

Good for a while, then things start to stop working.

The overall design of the quip toothbrush is sexy and sleek. I loved the brush at first but after a few 3 month cycles, the motor in my toothbrush stopped working entirely and is now back to a fully manual brush.
