I would not buy this product again because it was broken and the scoop was missing. I am waiting for some one from the company to sent a return receipt so I can return this product and get my money back.

Horrible. That’s the only word that comes to mind with this piece of junk. I set it to clean and it flooded the kitchen! Pods leave grounds in the coffee cup and I have to filter every cup to make sure I don’t wind up with a mouthful of wet coffee grounds! It’s disgusting. I’m going back to old Cuisinart…..

I was excited to get this coffee maker. It has so many cool features. My first single cup of coffee was disappointing. I had a mouthful of grounds. Every cup after that is the same thing. Ninja is great for sending out replacement coffee makers but they all do the same thing. Am I doing something wrong? I’m done with Ninja coffee makers.

Very Disappointing wish I could give this Ninja a good review. The rich flavor from a K-cup is terrific. Unfortunately, if this machine doesn't burst open and spew hot coffee on me after brewing, then it will dump a spoonful of coffee grounds into the cup, ruining a great cup of joe. The clean cycle only solves the issue for 2 or 3 cups and the clean cycle takes OVER AN HOUR to complete. I've tested 3 similar models from Ninja, replacement parts, different brand k-cups, watched plenty of YouTube videos, cleaned with pipe cleaners and needles, in hopes of a better machine but they all have similar issues with K-cups. Sadly, they are all being returned and I'm moving back to Keurig brand. Very Disappointed in Nnja.

After we had it two weeks we started getting a mouthful of grounds. I tried four different brands of K-cup but had the same problem. A new one was sent to me. The same thing with that one. I ordered a new one instead of a replacement because Amazon would not let me replace it. The new one, same thing. I returned both coffee makers the same day. All of this was in the month of October, 2023. I replaced it with an entirely different brand.

I honestly loved this coffee maker for about 6 months, was a gift. Now it just doesn't work. I've cleaned it and it still says water closed. Up until then it was great. If your looking for a long term coffee maker I do not recommend, especially for the price point. It was easy to use, looked forward to it every morning. It takes in water to a point, I've tried a little water in the tank,all the way up to it being full, but still says water closed and beeps 3 times.

Every time I use my single serve I have to put a strainer over my cup. I have changed my brand of pods and it still does it. I have a lot of Ninja products but this one is a total disappointment!
