After being a Keurig user for decades, the coffee makers became problematic. The coffee would not brew many times after initiating the brew cycle and you’d have to raise the lever and start again. This kept happening after 2 returns to Keurig. ANNOYING! Tried the Ninja ( on Prime Day) since their other products have been working superbly - the 5-in-1 air fryer and the slow cooker. It performs beautifully! Delicious coffee with all kinds of setting to meet your needs. It’s also beautifully designed with digital readings that just make the brewer look great in our kitchen. Strongly recommended!

All the features work great. It's easy to program, easy to clean and a great value. I'm not crazy about the specialty drink option but that's just me. I definitely recommend it.

This can use pod or grounds for coffee by the cup. Another brand I considered would only make pots with ground and cups with pods

Super versatile! Easy to keep clean. Hot water feature is perfect! Sturdy and makes wonderful coffee! Price is great. Makes a great compliment to your coffee bar.

The product arrived in good condition and on time. I haven’t had the opportunity yet to use all the features, but I can tell you that I already like it better than my Keurig. To start with, unlike my Keurig, there’s no waiting for the water to get hot before starting the brew. With the Ninja you just turn it on, put in the pod and hit brew. The part that I am even happier about is that the coffee comes out much richer. I don’t use cream or sugar so richness is important to me. The pods that I use are Joe Knows Coffee, Tall, Dark and Handsome (compostable) and work fine in the Ninja. I noticed that the Ninja pops 3 holes in the pod which I suppose is one reason why the coffee is richer.

This coffee maker is easy to set up and use, and it is extremely versatile. Very glad we bought it.

I've been using the DualBrew Pro for almost a year and it's been an excellent experience with no complaints. Prior to this our home went through 2 Keurig Duo Plus machines and both the original and warrantied replacement failed at 10 months or so. The thing I love the most about this coffee maker is the separate outlet for hot water so if you're making tea or oatmeal you don't get coffee flavored water. The "boil" and "hot" options are also great. The other thing that stands out are the practical increments for beverage sizes. Since fairly small increments are an option I hardly ever use the k-cup adapter. No more wasting money on single serve pods or fussing with the little reusable pods that are hard to fill.
