Was certainly kid friendly and give overall a fairly accurate reading- maybe not exact but can definitely tell if your child has a fever.

Super easy to use and the colors help to say of it is too high or low. Just place over your forehead center and read. Takes 2 seconds to measure. Would recommend for people with babies

This Braun thermometer is one that you hover over the forehead for a reading. No touching required. There is a light on the front that shows where you are aiming and the sensor will tell you if you are too far away for the reading (see video). We’ve had it a little over a month and the battery seems to be going strong. Readings seem pretty accurate when compared with an in the mouth thermometer, perhaps decimals off, but nothing significant. Overall seems to be a good product.

I like that it has an option to touch the forehead as well and that it comes with a lid to put over that section. I also really like that it has images on it to show where on the forehead to take reading. It’s a decent size to take on the go if you need to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun non-contact forehead thermometer is tremendously helpful when there’s a concern that someone has a fever. At the same time, the accuracy is questionable. Each time I tried the thermometer, it gave me a slightly different reading - though always within the green range. I do believe that if someone is really feverish, it will be clear. I would not rely on this for a definitive temperature reading. For a general read and to know if someone needs further attention, this is great!
