It's extremely inconsistent. Temps fluctuate minute to minute and the temp is never close to any other thermometer we have.

Highly inaccurate and for the price My daughter has a fever and we were unsure on the accuracy of the thermometer we have at home I remembered I received this in the mail yesterday so we tried this one to double check. The readings are all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really disappointed in this thermometer. It wasn’t accurate at all! Taking the temp a few minutes apart always results in temperature swings, while taking the temperature of multiple people one after the other results in the same temp being repeated. It consistently says my kids have a fever even when other thermometers say they don’t. It’s also inconsistent with the temp based on whether you do the no-touch or place on forehead. Really wish it was more accurate, because it feels well built and it’s easy to turn on and use. Battery life seems sufficient and the screen is easy to read. Versatile device that can easily fit in a travel bag.

I like the bright screen and easy to read. Did not like it as it was not accurate at all! Had to scan my child’s forehead a number of times as it showed the theme was way high and they weren’t. Would have like to love this item but ultimately returned it as it was not sufficient.
