Extremely inaccurate temperature readings. The Braun says 107.7 while the ER says 102.3. Yes, rushed our son to the ER because of the inaccurate reading. Save yourself some money and some anxiety and DO NOT BUY. Definitely should be recalled.

Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase this - it is not accurate and trust me when you’re in a situation when you need to know your child’s temperature you will want to be confident it is correct, this product is not trustworthy in the slightest

Would not recommend this thermometer! Wishing I could return it. Just like all the other reviews the readings are so off! I’m over here worried sick about my child having a high temp then after a second of trying it again it’s a different reading. Very frustrating

Must have used it for 1 week. Is very unreliable. During high fever, when most needed it did not show consistent temp even when taken immediately.

No such thing as a good thermometer anymore Unless you’re trying to pay $300 for medical grade one

This thermometer doesn't work. Not only that, it will give inaccurate readings. We have a newborn and I thought she felt a little warm and it's reading 95.3. I tried it three times in a row and it still reads 95.3. I waited ten minutes and now it's 98.4. Also, the other night said she had a fever of 101.3 so we were panicked but then we used it on ourselves and it also told myself and my husband we also had a fever of 101.3 when we were certain we didn't. Huge waste of money.

Did not give an accurate reading. Was always about 2° higher than actual temp.

This thing is crazy wrong. Every reading is 2 degrees over what it should be. It was giving me readings of 105 and 106. I stopped using it and am using a thermometer that goes under the tongue. This thing will make you give your kid medicine unnecessarily.

Readings fluctuate from a low-grade fever (100.4 ~ 101) to completely normal temperature on the same person multiple times in a minute. Not reliable at all.

Zero stars if I could. Everyone in my house somehow has a temp of 96.5 despite the other thermometers accurately telling us the teen has a 101 fever. Even tried using it all over the forehead just to receive a different reading, but it won’t go over 96! Trash for something so expensive.
