My son naturally runs hot so it’s great to have this when I feel in doubt. It is accurate you just need to make sure you aren’t measuring from widely different distances. The instructions come with a picture of how far you should be from your child’s forehead. I love that it comes with batteries. Very convenient all around.

When you use it, it shines a yellow light so you know where it is taking the temperature reading from. It also has instructions on the thermometer so you don't have to worry about misplacing them. It has a cap so that it can be safely stored and protected when it's not in use. One of my favorite functions are the fact it lights up green if the temperature reading is normal or red if it is an error or fever - which makes it super easy to use especially if you aren't feeling well or if you are waking up in the middle if the night to take care of someone else. My other favorite function is that the sound can be turned on or off depending on what you need. It's nice to be able to take a sick child's temperature without them waking up.

It is universal because it can measure temperature both contact and non-contact. The speed is very high, it measures the temperature almost instantly. It can display the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit (whichever is convenient for you). I think the battery life is high since I rarely measure the temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun No Touch+forehead Thermometer: it is a very nice thermometer, very easy, fast and versatile, it has its batteries included and its display is very easy to read, I like that it is a non-contact thermometer, and that it is also very fast that in just two seconds it is ready to read the result, it is also very efficient and of very good quality and necessary. especially for when you have children at home, although it also works perfectly for adults, I really like that it has light according to how the body temperature sets.

Literally insert the batteries, press the power button, and place it on the forehead. Push the button and in seconds you have your temperature. It is digital so it takes the guesswork out.
