Look how my package arrived lol.

Package said 10 by 10 and website said square but like many other people we got an octagonal umbrella and of course returning it is going to be a hassle.

NOT square. Set it up and this is octagonal, not square as I needed. Returning for a refund, not going to take a chance on a replacement given the other reviewer that has had the same problem.

item not as described. i ordered it specifically because it was advertised as rectangular. once it arrived and was assembled - discovered its octagon shaped. very disappointing as its not an easy item to disassemble and repackage (its 65 pounds). (aside from the shape, the umbrella is quite sturdy and well made)

It broke after 3 weeks of use.

This is our SECOND that has come damaged. Absolutely ridiculous.

Product is defective and I want a discount on the product.

I ordered this and I love it. But I ordered black. Twice now and ot has come navy blue twice.
