Yep.. I'm one of the morons that purchased this since the price was right and then finding out after delivery that the base is SOLD SEPARATELY. Says it in the description at the very end, but it would be nice if the pictures showed the umbrella and a note on each page stating "DOES NOT COME WITH BASE". Ugh.. another $300 for the base now. Pictures are misleading for this. Hope it worth the money!!!! UPDATE after installation: This thing is MASSIVE!! Really didn't think it would be that large, but it is 12x12 lol. Had an issue opening 1st time. Pushed on it and tried cranking open (clockwise) a.d wouldn't budge. I was afraid of breaking it. Tried reverse - which is closing and nothing. Tried 3 or 4 times and finally hear a snap and then it opened. Easy to raise up and down and rotate. Again, it's massive and hopefully lasts! Filled with water rather than sand so praying it survives very strong winds.

No where in description did this mention base was sold separately. While it was easy to assemble, for $500.00+ base should be included

We just started using it and its broke already . It doesn't have good quality and plus there is no information to contact the seller to see the warranty options but I can't find it

The umbrella fabric is not consistent. Looks like not made right.

Ordered the 10x10 SQUARE umbrella. What was delivered was the 11’ Umbrella. Box said 10x10 but inside was the wrong umbrella. Besides that the Umbrella is actually amazing. Opens easy and heavy duty. Which why I gave it 3 stars even though it’s the wrong umbrella

The zipper broke after two uses!!

Ordered 2 square, received 2 octagon. Screws missing for one. I can make it work for me and won’t return plus trip to hardware store for screws. Heavy and well built but won’t stand on its own when deployed in light wind gusts. Large top vent. Glad I bought the overpriced base’s but I will add canvas sand bags as well.
