The quality of the umbrella and the supporting bars look perfect but the pins of one supporting bar of the umbrella popped out after couple of days of use when opening the umbrella. Pins are nailed and not screwed. Pins of the supporting bars seem to be the weakest point of the parasol. Is it worth buying an expensive parasol if it falls into parts in a regular use ?

Das Tuch des Sonnenschirms war defekt, die Abdeckung des Fußes gebrochen. Im Prospekt wurde der Sonnenschirm mit großen Fuß angeboten, tatsächlich erhält man eine Fuß den man nur noch an einen Betonboden anschrauben kann.

Leider wurde der Schirm beschädigt geliefert und bei Retoure nicht volle Summe erstattet.

my 100 lb umbrella holder has a 1 1/2" diameter round post hole....this pole does not look round

Didn’t even last a year, bent, fell over on ppl, string came apart, arm not sturdy at all!!!!

The umbrella did not come with all the parts! I’m missing the base tube and have no idea where to get that part. Paid for an umbrella I can’t use AND an expensive base. Both are just sitting here and I’ve tried looking on eBay or purple leafs site for replacement parts and they don’t have it in stock. I am beyond frustrated. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this umbrella useable without the base tube please let me know.

This umbrella stopped working right at a year. It does not open. For the expense of the umbrella, this is unacceptable. We took care with it, making sure to close it when windy or not using it and covering it when not in season. We have reached out to the company, they do not have a phone number which you can call and talk to a representative. We are hoping the company resolves this issue.

This umbrella cannot function because it is way toooo heavy for the base. With least bit of wind, umbrella falls😜

I liked the thought that it's supposed to be a square 10x10 umbrella like the description says but instead I got a octagon shape!
