This tipped over and is now garbage. It did exactly what it wasn't supposed to do. Horrible.

Terrible..it broke with one gust of wind only about the 5th time I used it..not sure what to do.. I didn't buy the insurance.

Blew over after 2 months of use during mild rain and wind; bought separately sold umbrella stand.

This is the second umbrella shipped to me I take the time to set it up put it together and it’s damaged ! The top center small arms on the second one or bad bad! The first one was so bad through shipping it would not even open

Awful experience. Product delivered 2 weeks late, And then there were 2 holes in the top, that I realized too late, after throwing away the packaging.

Very misleading. Your description says 100% waterproof and your manual says it is not fully water proof. Just open the box and there are missing screws.

Not sturdy at all. Gust of wind, the umbrella fell and now the ribs are bent, first time use.

Our umbrella came damaged. Reached out to them to fix and they never responded. Very dissapointing.
