Really heavy! Have to have an additional base, the base that comes with it does not keep it from tipping over. Had two small little holes in the top of it when we got it, but they aren’t noticeable. It is huge!!! Way bigger than I thought but it works great!

Difficult to move once the base is filled with water. Color was not what was expected

I purchased the umbrella and stand. The stand came first and I was not sure how to put it together. Emailed the company and within 24 hours I had a response! Such a pleasure to have both a great product AND great customer service. Hard to find these days!

After some misunderstanding and correspondence, leaf replaced my umbrella in it's entirety. This product is exceptionally good and exactly as I was expecting.

Beautiful sturdy umbrella BUT arrived with two holes in the material over the air vent. The box and inside packaging were not damaged. Poor quality control. At this price it should not have holes!!

Bought for my dog. He likes it. Easy to set up.

Easy to assemble and all around great product. Would’ve given 5 stars, except that the pic shows the base attached…the fine print way to the bottom states that the base is not included. Had to wait 3 weeks for base. Would’ve appreciated that info to the top of the description so that I could’ve received both together.

Just arrived and I'm very disappointed. I knew it didn't come with a weighted base but nowhere did it say that it doesn't come with a cross base either. They need to be more upfront on what's included and what isn't

Cast good shade, but we haven't had any really bad weather yet here in South Florida. We'll see what happens when the wind starts to blow. So far, so good.
