I had the umbrella for about 2 months and one random strong wind blew it down (despite having a sand-filled base on it) and one of the arms is now broken. The umbrella still opens but one side now flaps down since there’s no support to keep it up.

This product comes with two handles, one for the top crank and one for the bottom. Neither of the handles fit the bottom crank. Customer service wouldn't provide a replacement part

So heavy it needs to be weighted down with patio stones. Much larger than expected. Box was received ripped and damaged

Buyers beware. If you are aiming for the water filled base, do not buy this product. I have been sent the same 34” x 34” base 3 times even though I ordered different bases. I have ordered the correct base as described and still the same one showed up. The base doesn’t fit the upright tube as the holes on the base are 6 1/4” apart where as on the upright which secured the umbrella they are 5 3/4”. I’ve wasted weeks on this and now returning.

After assembly and installation of the base we added the umbrella. Upon opening we could see that a tube supporting the umbrella is bent in two places. Because we have made a permanent installation of the base we choose not to return the umbrella. Instead we contacted the manufacturer asking for a replacement tube which we can replace ourselves. We have received no response from them. We now also have a crank that won’t stay attached. I will contact them again but don’t expect a response. It makes we wonder how we would get in touch for a warranty problem.

Delivered yesterday and unpacked this morning to discover the rib directly in front of the stand post was damaged. Is it possible to get that rib replaced or must I return the entire umbrella?

Still have not used the product. Maybe it is good, but they trick you on the price by showing you the base in the picture, but it's not included and will cost you more than 1/3 the cost of the umbrella. They do mention in small print that it's not included, but not until the very end of the description. Jone Gotch Ya!

Can’t use. Had first one fall and hit the house. You sent another for replacement. The slightest breeze and you fear that someone can be seriously injured. A smaller one PROBABLY better. My wife is afraid of it. It goes unused...don’t like asking for a few feet smaller one. The new one sits and NEVER USED. TOO BIG TO SAFELY USE. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
