Looks good , looks steady and really easy to operate BUT 2 arms were dented.

This is a very well built product however the fabric really does fade.

Looks great! Really super albeit expensive. Actually does rotate 360 degrees which is super. But sad to see the knobs on the handles fall off already!

The unit has a damaged tubular strut which can jeopardize the structural integrity of the unit. And the deficiency cannot be detected until the unit fully assembled and opened. This type of unit is very difficult to repackage and return.

Like the size and color. Disliked the weight, difficulty getting the taped foam sheets off the tops of the ribs, difficulty putting the post on the stand, and the low swing of the corner ribs when retracting. Also filling the weight container with 200 pounds of sand through two one-inch holes was a real pain.

Coverage is great from sun. We filled ours with water and it vanished from the high temperature so it is better to check the water level; otherwise it can collapse from a high wind.

This is easy to set up and came with everything. The cranks are easy to use and it moves just as advertised. Nice to have full shade. It is big. People have noted that you must have thre optional base. That is true except if you are putting on a deck. You can use wood screws to secure the flimsy stand it comes with. Makes it immobile, but this thing is so big youy aren't going to move it much anyway.

The umbrella is a little hard to open, shut and maneuver but I think it will get easier as you learn the tricks. This is because the structure is so heavy which is great, it is solid, well built and very smooth. We had a few issues with first umbrella having some small holes and then sent another which ended up having same issues. The company sent a replacement fabric for both pieces to resolve. 100% satisfied now. It took some time to resolve but success. We got the brick red 11 foot umbrella, it is absolutely beautiful and looks very expensive.

Setup was easy. Took about 30 minutes by myself including filling base with sand. NOTE: base not included with umbrella, which turns this into an expensive purchase. I wish I had help to install umbrella into base but still was manageable for one person. 10ft umbrella is very large and easy to maneuver. Seems like good quality. It better last a long time for this price. Overall rating is 4 stars but only giving 3 stars for value.

This is a really BIG umbrella to assemble and should be done with two people. The instructions for assembly are not very clear on the operation. Once assembled the umbrella would not lock in the open position. We contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and helped to figure out the issue and sent us a replacement part that seemed to arrive in a day or so. Once again the replacement part did not come with clear instructions on how to remove or reinstall but once it was completed the umbrella was perfect. We bought the large base weight and filled both sides with sand. That umbrella is sturdy. The winds get strong during storms and it’s rocks a little but it holds up. The cover is amazing too. It keeps the color vivid and bright when it’s not being used. Most fabrics are destroyed in the sun here but the cover is thick and durable with a pole to lift it overt the top of the umbrella and slip over it to keep it tied in tight. It’s been by my pool for a year and looks like the day it was put outside. I love it!!
