This umbrella doesn’t come with a base and there are no indications in the photos that the base is sold separately. I shipped it right back after I opened it up and saw the instructions that I would need to pay an additional $200+ for a base.

I purchased the umbrella with a supposed cosmetic defect. The box was completely destroyed upon arrival. The nut was missing, and 1 washer. After replacing the nut, as I opened the umbrella, one of the bars was bent and broken, and the seam was completely ripped off on one side. I can sew the umbrella back together but cannot fix that arm. Not to mention there were I will be returning it. This is the 2nd umbrella I tried to purchase, the first one was "lost in transit."

I received this umbrella bent. I spent a lot of effort and time putting it together and once I opened it up, I saw this. Very disappointed. To refund it, I’ll have to take it all down and even more time and effort.

The Umbrella had several items missing such as the screws and nuts to attached the umbrella base to the actual umbellar, the crank on the handle and the crank on the pool is missing and there was no instruction. This is very frustrating because I can not use the umbrella and it is very expensive. I also forgot to add the only way to contact anyone is per email and no one has responded and there is no Phone Number either.

This is the 2nd time I used this umbrella. (you can see the foam is still on it) I purchased the based that was recommended - it blew over with the slightest amount of wind, just shy from cracking my window. Several shafts just cracked in half. This is a hazard.

Out return experience was awful

This item without a proper base will blow over. The claim that this is wind proof is completely false. Please make sure that you understand the fine print, this does not come with the base and without an additional heavy duty base this will not even stand with average wind. I bought 175 pound base and that is not good enough for average wind. The base that they claim you should buy is an additional $150 and I guess we will see if that changes anything.

You ruined our 4th in all your pics you included the base. In the ordering process you did not state base not included and suggestion. You need better advertisement to ensure customer satisfaction. I will inform all of my friends to beware. Today 9 July 2020 we recieved the base and put together the set. We found small point holes throughout the fabric. There are rips behind the metal arms. I believe the fabric is dry rotting.. See pics. I need a new replacement cover as this one is horribly defective.

I won’t give this a review yet since we haven’t put up yet and already not happy! Umbrella is advertised as being waterproof and the first line on literature is that’s it’s not! We ordered beige and it’s dark brown! Trying to keep open mind.....,,,,,
