The bench itself is great; the only issue I have is that the mechanism for propping the seat open is awkward (it doesn't slide open smoothly, you have to fiddle with the little prop bar thing). Unfortunately, the "weatherproof" liner that came with ours has a defective zipper; there appears to be pretty much no quality control on the liner since it's obviously defective (the zipper is not attached to the fabric). This isn't a dealbreaker for me since the climate here is fairly mild and I don't need the liner, but it would have been nice to have.

Bench arrived well packaged. All tools and hardware present. An extra hand made assembly much easier, but one person could do it, if needs be. Marking individual parts would make this easier for some. Front and back panels only go on one way, but velcro that holds the inner storage bag was attached to the exterior. With staples... Easily removed and reattached properly in the inside, but 1) should have to and 2) now I have 20 little holes across the front.
