This was my second one I purchased just assembled it yesterday, upon screwing in the first screw the back cracked, I would of expected this from a cheaper bench, will change star review if I could get acestance with this issue.

The seat caved in on a 180 lb person. There is very little backing for the seat. Cheap, Cheap and Cheap

This bench is absolutely perfect, except the seat/lid piece arrived damaged. Would really like to get a replacement rather than return it. I looked for a while for a solid outdoor storage bench and this one was a great buy. Very easy to assemble as well.

I started to remove the parts from the box was impressed on how it was packed but noticed the crack in the wood and stop removing from the box Where the crack is the bottom of the bench would break apart and would not be able to use and unsafe to sit on. Do not want it replaced because I want to see the wood first before I buy it At this point I don't know if they will send a return label to sent it back not even worth a star

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE IOF CRAP!! The seat fell through as I was sitting on it. I am a small girl- 130 pounds sitting still reading. Suddenly I am IN the storage bin. I’m sending pictures and requesting a refund from the manufacturer.
