I purchased my Eufy last year. I really loved it and decided to purchase another one for my mom. Last week, it started to stop abruptly after 30 seconds of cleaning, with no alarm or anything. I have to physically take it to the dock. It seems once there, it starts to charge again and when I turn it on to clean, it again stops after 30 seconds. My mom’s unit is still working fine, but she uses it a lot less than I do.

Randomly died just outside of the warranty window. Got stuck under furniture frequently. My original was fantastic, but had an unfortunate end. This one is thinner and has more issues overall. Not a fan. Price dropped significantly since I purchased.

I purchased this “vacuum” through a different vendor in 2021. This is my first robot vacuum. And I must say, I hate it. It’s been a waste of money. I should’ve spent a little more and either bought an iRobot or a Roomba. Let’s just say it does not do its job, in fact, many times it just creates more work for me. I do not recommend this product.

This eufy was working well for a few months until it just started making a loud obnoxious sound recently . I own a couple of other eufys and this one is breaking down sooner than the others which is super disappointing.

This thing gets stuck on a lot of stuff... My fridge.. under my table... Under my couch & recliner & under my dishwasher. I'm not happy at all... I'm thinking of returning it since I've only had it a week... I'm going back to the old fashioned vacuum cleaner!!!!

Got 2 of these Nov. 22, 2022 at a really good price. I was originally very excited at the prospect of not having to clean the floors myself behind 2 dogs and 3 cats as often. Getting a little help...if you will. Less than 3 months later, the charging station was dead. I reached out to the seller and was told that the model # I had received was refurbished (even tho that's not what I ordered). So, the damage was not covered by warranty. Having one charging station left, I just used the one. However, these things are not that great. They have 3 different settings for cleaning. When it ventures out (single room), it never hits certain areas and it always gets stuck on the trim that covers the raw edge of my wood floors. Instead of it being smart enough to back up and go the other way, it just keeps trying to get in the hall or LR and eventually runs the battery down. So the setting that allows you to run it at certain times is pointless. Because you have to be there to babysit it. The other setting (spot cleaning) is supposed to start wherever you put it and its supposed to run in circular motion. Only the circle gets bigger and it misses alot of dirt. Unless you take the time to steer it with the remote, it will never find where the spots that need cleaning are. Also, with the size of it being so small, the dirt cache is also pretty small. Meaning you have to empty it very often. Out of the 1.5 years I've had it, I may have really used it the first 3 months. I decided to give it one more shot when I found the one unit dead. Hence, the bad review 1.5 years later. As of today, Apr. 6, 2024, one of the units is completely dead. It appears to be charging when placed on the charger, but it won't power on. I honestly feel like these things were a huge waste of money.

These work just until the warranty is over, then are trash. Sensors get wonky and you have to keep babysitting it to actually clean, constantly turning off the alarms and resetting it. They also get really loud after a short amount of time.

I loved this little thing. I really did, but given that the product barely lasted a year before the engine went out, I don't feel like its cost effective for $110. Not to mention, it's wasteful to have to throw a whole vacuum after a year.

First few months it did a decent job but would get stuck in the weirdest places but general did a good job vacuuming.By January (3 months later) it started beeping, I reviewed the manual & it stated that the pattern I was hearing meant there was a blockage. I first removed the tray and wiped out inside what I could reach & then used my standard vacuums hose to clear anything I may have missed. The beeping continued, I removed the roller, cleaned out the bristles and the area it sat in, then I removed the filter & replaced it but the beeps continued. During this time it’s still cleaning as it should & I began to close the bathroom door as it would get stuck beside the toilet.So now every day it runs it started beeping 4 or 5 hours later usually in the middle of the night.A few months go by and I start to notice that the vacuum is dying before it can finish its job even tho it charged completely before running.I then started to notice the floor needed sweeping even tho the vacuum was scheduled for before I got home. The vacuum currently won’t run at the scheduled time & generally only activates if I manual started it or at random times it decides to start running in the middle of the night.I would not recommend this device of you actually want it to work properly more than a few months. I am purchasing a replacement battery to hold me over until I can find a quality robot vacuum.
