If you have tile floors and pets, you need this. Works great picking up pet hair. This was a refurbished unit and the only negative was that it was meant to have two side brushes to help sweep but only came with one and the the unit is missing the snap apparatus to attach the second brush. Given this, it still does a pretty good job.

It’s great but for some odd reason. It only has one sweeping arm!! What happened to the one on the other side? It’s not going at the time I set the remote for either??

My first Eufy 115s would not stay charged very well, so called the company who told me there was a flaw in the programming of the first Eufy. So they offered to send me the updated model and I have loved it for the 4 years. Yes, it throws some particles (like cat food) around but that was expected. I used it every nite for 4 years and I guess it is time to purchase a new Eufy. My old unit still will vacuum well but makes a clicking noise which can be a little concerning. But overall, it has been a great investment for the price ($99) and the rating (which was highly rated on CR).

I purchased this vac twice. It's price to usefulness ratio is high. We have 4 (!) cats and it keeps up with the hair issue. So I bought this for friends' 2 dogs. as a gift. It works best on hard floors, but still works fine on carpet.

I bought this robovac refurbished and it has exceeded my expectations. We programmed it so at that 7 AM in the morning it comes out of its little home and vacuum every room. Since this is a very inexpensive machine, you cannot program it to go where you wanted to go. It kind of randomly cleans the rooms and when it’s running out of batteries, it goes back to its home to recharge. It does have a little remote with buttons to direct the vacuum to go back-and-forth through a room, to go in a circle to clean up a pile of refuse, and to go back to its house. It goes under furniture to clean places that you never get to with a manual vacuum cleaner. I have to turn it off when we put down the dog food so it does not disturb our dog when she is eating.Cons: There are areas where the robivac gets stuck. I put tiles under my sofa, and hand weights in these areas. When the ribovac hits a tile or weight, it backs off.

This is our second eufy vac. The first one lasted two years. Don't expect this to last long. They burn bright and fast. But, for $110 this little guy stays on top of the dog hair and yard dirt on our laminate floors with ease, and it's not equipped with a bunch of invasive sensors. It's exceptionally and wonderfully cheap and dumb, compared to the more capable and creepy bots on the market. This new low, low price comes with some configuration changes - eufy removed one of the sweeper motors in the front. We don't notice in a change in performance. Yeah, you have to empty it by hand every day, but at least you don't have to move the furniture around to sweep.

4 Stars for overall cleaning, 2 for build up.I had a different brand robot vacuum for a few years. We had cats then, and once in a while I'd have to clean some minor hair build up out of the tires. We got rid of that one shortly after the cats died because we weren't using it, and now have two large dogs. A few months ago we bought this vacuum, as we enjoyed having the other robot vacuum and have been pleased with other Anker products. We use this almost daily. I did turn it off over Christmas because I knew too many things were on the floor that I didn't want to have to pick up each day. Since turning it back on, it seems like it's had a mind of its own and not running as smoothly. I took some time to investigate it today, taking apart anything I knew I could put back together without damaging the unit. There was dog hair packed into just about every nook and cranny it could possibly be in. There's still hair stuck in the springs for the tires that will never be fully cleaned. It's making me question if I want to continue to use it. My regular vacuum of course doesn't run on its own, but I also don't need to spend an hour taking it apart to clean out pet hair. I don't blame Anker/Eufy. It cleans my floors well and fills the entire tray with debris, which is more than I always expect to see in it. I guess just be prepared to have to take it apart once in a while to get all the hair out of it if you use it regularly like we do.

I keep this vacuum at one of my properties that I don't normally have time to clean. It does a great job of picking up dust and lint and other small debris that would otherwise accumulate and become a visible mess.I also love that it doesn't require Bluetooth or wifi or anything else to function. Just plug it in to the wall and set the schedule on the remote.Only down side is that after two years, the battery has died. But it is easy to replace the battery, all you need is a little Philips and a flat head screwdriver. I would hope the battery gets more life. Batteries are $30 on amazon.

I have a dog that sheds ALOT! This pics up the dirt and hair you see and don’t see because it easily goes under beds and other furniture. It picks up super thin hair that a lot of other vacuums leave behind.

This the third Eufy 11s I’ve bought. Great product at a low price.
