So, I have 8 dogs and before I got this one I had a different version by the same company. I just don't understand why there's only 1 brush? My other one had 2 rotating brushes. That worked so much better. Once this one dies I will be looking for another with duel brushes. Still a good little vacuum for the price.

It’s good help but the container is small and when full, it leaves bundles of dust behind. It’s annoying to pick them up so if I would do another choice, I would look further.

We bought this to replace an identical 11s that died. Our old one had 2 brushes and this one only has one. It has to runlonger to clean the same space.

We have purchased 2 of these in the past year and a half. They work great for the first 10ish months and then they die completely. Thought it was a fluke with the first one, so we replaced the battery and it lasted 2 months before the new battery died. We bought another Eufy entirely this past January and its already completely dead. I would recommend just spending money on a better one. 2/2 dead completely within a year and a half makes me tell others to stay away from the Eufy.

I gave it a 3,because the side brush only last for 8months . Three get work s out to $19 per month with parts.

I have used this brand and variations of this model for 6 plus years. I love them. The slim size really expands the cleaning area. and reduces occurance of it getting stuck. I like the no frills e.g. no bluetooth, mapping stuff. It picks up mys hedding grey hair, dirt and dust exceedingly well and is very easy to maintain. I use it in a 2 bedroom apartment every day at max power. However my first 'renewed' model is the only one that has had battery problems after a mere 4 months. The customer service on the full warranty models was exceptionalbut a 90 day warranty on the refurbished is not good. Hoping a new battery will give this thing life again ( it only works for 20 mins at a time). I replaced previous ones only because of noise and rattling after 2-3 years of service. I figured the fact that it worked effectivley every day for 2 hours makes it a good deal for 2 plus years of service.

The left side brush was bolted over, but it works fine with only the right side brush. A little disappointing for the price, even being refurbished.

He worked great while he lasted. He quit after 6 months. We kept him clean and had even replaced some of his parts for optimum performance.Disappointed in the length of his employment.

The media could not be loaded.  Works better on rugs than floors. Battery only lasted a year and they cost $38 to replace. Not worth buying a new battery. I won’t buy from this manufacturer again.

It is incredibly helpful to have a vacuum robot because this thing is working harder and more often than I ever would. It has really helped reduce the dog smells, dust allergies and stray insects. However it leaves a lot of hair in the carpet even though I'm running it twice a day. It also seems to drop hairballs when moving between carpet and linoleum. It has a lot of trouble with thin rugs, the dog bed and the dog water bowl. Not sure how long this will last and will definitely buy a better quality when it's time to replace.
