The media could not be loaded. Parece usado, ya tiene pelusa en los rodillos. No trajo el control ni la herramienta de limpieza. Lo pedí color negro y llego blanco.Manual roto. Tendré que cambiarlo.

They’ll send you a new battery if you get one of the ones that explode, but apparently dealing with the old explodey ones is your problem.

I purchased this product and used it for a couple months. I took it off the charger and put it away for several months while we had a new puppy. I brought it back out, plugged it in, expected to charge it for 24 hours or whatever. It no longer works at all. Very disappointed that it died so quickly. Would not buy another product from this brand.

This product has an app, where we schedule vacuuming for 10 AM, yet the vacuum constantly wakes up and starts vacuuming at 10 PM, which wakes up the whole house, including the sleeping baby. Which then causes us to unplug it, which means we bought a vacuum that we can't use. Awesome. Aaaand their customer support is non-existant.

DO NOT BUY! I went through 2 of these! The first didn't even last through warranty so they sent me another. Like clockwork, it quits working after a couple of months. It will turn on then die after about 5 minutes. These are cheap and terrible.

This product worked well for a few months and then began circling and turning off over and over and over. Completely useless.. it only lasted around 8 months and my warranty is apparently expired (less than one year) so I just wasted a lot of money and have to throw it away. Very disappointed overall and will be trying a different brand as this is my 2nd one to die in less than two years (always seems to happen after the warranty ends). Use caution!!

Battery doesn’t last at all the complete a small bedroom

The only thing this vacuum recognizes is warm bood. It will follow you around the house, not on any route, literally just following you. That's if it doesn't run into a wall where it will keep running up against the wall until the battery dies. It does not recognize ANYTHING in its path and it will suddenly stop and say the wheel is stuck about 58 times an hour before apparently fixing the problem itself. Awful, frustrating product. Terrible knockoff.

Worked great until it didn’t.

The media could not be loaded. El pedido fue entregado en el tiempo acordado , pero no estoy satisfecha porque el equipo no trajo el mando. Y en el folleto del uso ese dispositivo debió venir incluido.
