This thing literally goes back to the exact same spots and gets stuck, I have to run it when I am home or it will do nothing! When we are standing it is like a magnet straight to being under our feet. Very frustrating. Will never buy another one that does not have mapping. Good news is the thing is tough it has gone across the room. Positive: when it is not stuck it does run a long time and does a good job cleaning.

The Eufy robo vac is a decent and affordable option. However, this is our second one in four years. The first one lasted three years which I'd totally acceptable. However this most recent one has completely died literally 7 days after the warranty ended. I reached out to customer service and they are un willing to offer repair, replacement or service. I offered to pay to have it repaired and they declined. So I'm disappointed with the customer service and this newer versions lifespan.

The media could not be loaded. Works better on rugs than floors. Battery only lasted a year and they cost $38 to replace. Not worth buying a new battery. I won’t buy from this manufacturer again.

It is incredibly helpful to have a vacuum robot because this thing is working harder and more often than I ever would. It has really helped reduce the dog smells, dust allergies and stray insects. However it leaves a lot of hair in the carpet even though I'm running it twice a day. It also seems to drop hairballs when moving between carpet and linoleum. It has a lot of trouble with thin rugs, the dog bed and the dog water bowl. Not sure how long this will last and will definitely buy a better quality when it's time to replace.
