This is not my first one of these. The others have 2 side brushes and when I received this one I nearly returned it as althogh having an area for a 2nd brush its covered. I looked up why and they said research shows it to work just as well with one. I disagree and to me it feels like they are just getting rid of inventory and short cutting. That is just my opinion. I'm now researching other makes with 2 brushes and do not need wifi. This will be my last purchase of this brand which is a shame because I have bought them as gifts as wellUpdated review. I gave it 2 stars but would now like to give it 0. Had it less than 6 months and the only side brush is making a horrendous noise and the rotating roller seems to have a problem with the motor and last night started to make loud noise as if the roller was trying to turn but couldn't. Have done all steps to make sure everything is clear and no blockage. My very first euphy was excellent. I gave the brand two more tries but both recent purchases a disaster. Going to another brand. I'm done

We bought this model because we are using one and wanted one for a different area of the house. We bought this model so we wouldn't have to buy two seperate types of filters and brushes. When we received our "New" vaccuum. We could tell it was used and refurbished. The brushes were already attached. We tried to use it but the battery did not last, about 50% compared to our original vaccuum. The only place it exceeded the original was in volume - it was twice as loud. We returned it and have a "New" one on oreder.
Ours came in dirty. Debris and hair wrapped in gears. Battery never fully charges. Never makes it back to charging base.
The robot came in dirty and with hair in the gears. The battery does not fully charge and it never makes it back to its station.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this new, arrived used, dirty, with battered wheels, worn brushes, making an unbearable noise when you turn it on because it's broken. Also, it discharged in less than an hour at first use.

Disgusting. A good thing turned into trash.I bought it refurbished, like the previous vacuum cleaner several years ago. We needed exactly the same model and brand. I have three cats and one has long hair. The previous vacuum cleaner worked without any complaints at all.The website said it was in good condition and I decided to buy it. But what I received is beyond my understanding. Dust, hair, something else everywhere. One side brush is broken, the remote control is missing. I called the support service about this. I wanted to get a partial refund so I could buy a filter, brushes and a new remote control. And only after the second call to the support service, they were able to offer me that they could only return 20 percent. Yes, this is not bad, but it does not cover the costs of what you need to buy. I'm not even saying that it will also take time to completely clean it. No matter how much I wanted it, I decided to return the vacuum cleaner. I am attaching a photo below so that you can be sure that it is possible to sell it in this form.

I received my refurbished robo vacuum cleaner full of dirt and very used. This is so wrong in so many ways. This review is not even worth a star.

Front wheel falls off and zero support from seller after 6 months of use in a very small space. The 90 day return, refund makes you think that they are supporting a product really well but incense that is it. There’s no support after that. Do not buy this.

Does an okay job when the battery is working. Unfortunately, the battery doesn’t last long and after a year of usage the red light of doom comes on and you have to replace the battery. Even their website says the battery is only good for a year or so before replacement.

I bought this vacuum new initially and have had a great experience with it in my home. (After purchasing several expensive robot vacuums that would only last a few years, I decided to try a more economical brand and was pleased with the results.) I bought a second, refurbished one for my vacation house (the one for this review). After just a few months, this vacuum would only go backward in circles. Unfortunately, because the vacuum was at our other house, and customer service was difficult to get a hold of. We tried all solutions available on the website in the first three months, but by the time we had the chance to work through the required steps, we missed the three month window. We now have a eufy that only goes backward, in cicles and worked for maybe two months. Buy the new one, but beware.

At first I was excited about how clean and beautiful my bare flooring looked. I have both Laminate Flooring and Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring.BEWARE: Then after about a couple of months, I noticed that the Vinyl Plank didn't shine and looked a little scuffed. A day later, when I inspected it more closely, I realized it was scratched. Now it is clear that it is damaged, and I will probably have to replace the flooring. In doing more research about this issue, I have read that a robot vacuum with a rubber roller would not cause this kind of damage. The only one I've found so far is the Roomba by iRobot. There are also some robot vacuums that don't have a roller at all, but just use suction, but their reviews are not very positive. I'm also aware that a robot that has a random pattern is much more efficient; it takes about 90 minutes to clean while a robot that uses a matrix or grid pattern to clean takes only about 20 minutes - this means that it goes over any particular spot many fewer times. So any damage of rubbing or scraping against the floor will be much less. So I will also look for a grid/matrix type robot to replace this one. The photos shown are of one area of the flooring where the robot doesn't go (under a piece of furniture), and 2 showing the scratches in a couple of areas. They appear different colors just because of the lighting. So my advice is BEWARE. I would never have used this Robot Vacuum, especially on my Vinyl Plank flooring if I had known.I did reach out to the EUFY manufacturer. After looking into this they denied that the damage could be caused by their vacuum, but offered to replace it with a more expensive model that was a vacuum and mop for free. So, for me that is an acknowledgement! Since I would never subject my flooring to more damage, that offer does nothing for me.I wish EUFY offered a Robot Vac with a rubber roller instead of a brush roller. If they did, I would be very happy to get that to replace the brush roller model, because in other respects, I was very happy with this robot vacuum.
