Missing parts and defective. Will update when replacement comes

The first two Eufy vacuums I ordered ari Ed new, clean and in excellent working condition. These are amazing little cleaners and we use them everyday. For some reason the third vacuum I ordered arrived used and filthy. I’m not sure if this is an Amazon mistake or a manufacturer error! I returned it and will not replace this one planned for my workshop.

I bought a Eufy 2 years ago and I loved it. I ordered a new one just like my old one only a different model. I ordered 2 of them and had to return them. First one battery didn’t work second one missing one of the brushes and battery didn’t work. Ended up ordering a new battery and my old Eufy is working .

Not even a year after using this and now if only working for only 15 min.. it doesn’t make the battery sounds, just turns off. Disappointed because we took good care of it and of nowhere this happens.

This is a wonderfully designed piece of technology. When it work properly, its algorithm does a fair job of cleaning my apartment. It docks nicely and I appreciate the timers.However, there is one major problem.The motor mechanism is flimsy, and some part or parts of the Eufy robot vacuum cleaner break down after a few months. Here are some examples I have experienced. The unit moves back and forth in an arc instead of covering the whole apartment. Or it repeatedly beeps that it is stuck, when there are actually no obstacles at all. It gets into a rut and spins its wheels, going nowhere. You can replace some of the spinning brushes and wheels, but it is not enough to keep the vac working effectively. After a few months, the experience shifts from satisfaction to frustration to breakdown.I have had to buy a new unit approximately every 6-7 months, and I have gone through six Eufy robot vacuum cleaners in this way. I really cannot recommend this product for most people. The design and software are great and this promises to be a wonderful, life-enhancing product. But unfortunately Eufy does not use durable, quality parts.

Sent to my mom. She had to buy a $30 battery. Not worth it.

I'm so disappointed in this product! If it stopped working after a year but FOUR MONTHS?!?! It's sort of outrageous. This is the 5th Eufy we've purchased. (2 for my parents, 2 for in-laws, 1 for us). We bought so many based on the reviews. 2 out of 5 have quit working over a short period of time. The most recent only lasted 4 months. We replaced the battery in 2 and no dice. I hope the company works with us to solve the issue.

I have had excellent success with buying from amazon refurbished in the past but this was a letdown. Plugged the Eufy into the charging station, set the schedule and the next morning it backs out of the station at 8am as we set it to, gets 6 inches and goes red light with 3 blinks. That says it's fall sensor is dirty. Well we had meticulously cleared up the full unit when it arrived (it was slightly dirty) and everything was perfect now. We looked over everything, tried other solutions to cure it, nothing worked. We've had 3 eufy 11/11S's over the years, and they last about a year then die or go brain dead. We've now decided that we're going back to doing vacuuming ourselves. Tired of the hassle that these things cause. This one's getting returned.
