It vacuums really well on all surfaces. The only negative is that you have to empty it yourself after every use. My wife and I enjoy it.

Overall, it works well and it gets the job done for the most part. I don’t like that it’s movements are random; it doesn’t follow any sort of pattern, it either goes a random different direction when it hits something, so really you can’t be sure it will catch every spot. It does pick up pet hair well, it was easy to get all set up, and it holds a pretty fair amount before having to dump it. So it’s probably not the best out there, but it’s not terrible either if you’re not able/willing to pay a whole lot.

Purchased May, 2020, used approximately times a month since purchase. No longer holds a charge, despite doing everything the manufacturer suggests. Worked like a charm up until now, mostly for picking up dust, dirt and pet hair between regular deeper sweeping/steam mopping.

Quiet, cleans well. This refurbished little clean bot works for me. I m glad I don’t have to spend $300-400 for cleaning. It takes charging overnight 5- 6 hours to run the next day. Don’t mind. 😊

I've only had Eufy for two days now, but it's going well! I like buying renewed because it feels like adopting an orphan, and I haven't been bothered by the quality of the products I've received. This robot vacuum came in good shape, though everything in the box was suuuuper dusty (ironically). Not sure if it was dust from the carton it came in or dust from wherever it was repackaged. There were imperceptible scuff marks on the edges of the machine, but it's nothing unsightly or offensive. It came with all the parts and supplies expected. No complaints there! It functions as expected, as well. It's not the smartest little thing, but I think it does enough of its job that I'm glad to save the ~$200 it would have cost to get a smarter robot vacuum. I have two cats, so my biggest issue has been cat hair and litter, which tracks everywhere. Eufy eventually makes the place walkable with bare feet, though I've noticed it also does a good job of scattering the litter with its side bristles and exhaust. I wish it wouldn't do that. But it's easy enough to grab the control remote and redirect it to clean up something it's missing or scattering. My apartment is 830 sq ft and a weird layout, so I don't know how well Eufy finds all the nooks and crannies, but again, the remote control helps solve that (and just picking it up and placing it somewhere else). I let it run for an hour today expecting it to "finish cleaning" (whatever that means) or run low on battery and go to it's home, but it never did, so eventually I just told it to stop because I was satisfied and wanted my cats to feel comfortable again. It's not too loud, thought not *quiet*. One cat can coexist with it, though the other cat hides (both cats are terrified of my corded vacuum). I don't have a problem working or watching TV while Eufy does its thing, though I get a bit distracted watching it or hearing it bump into things and wondering where it is. I REALLY like how short it is because it fits under all my furniture, and I think that's the best part about it (besides the price). It hasn't had an issue transitioning from hardwood floors to a high-ish pile rug, though it can't figure out my slippery bathroom mat. It just pushes it out of the way, gives up, and leaves the bathroom. I set up the docking station underneath my sofa near a hidden outlet, so the vacuum is always near the main living (litter-filled) space and ready to go, but not taking up any additional space. Eufy finds its home when it's in the same room as the docking station, but I've lost patience the times I tried to tell it to go home from another room—it had no idea where to go, so I just escorted it to the sofa. I tried the scheduling function, but it scared all living things—myself included—when it turned on on its own today, so I'm gonna turn off the scheduling. Since the litter tracks daily, I'm not worried about forgetting to run it at least once a day, which seems like the way to go to keep things clean and avoid the Scary Vacuum for as long as possible. Anyway, I'd be more concerned about forgetting to turn off the scheduling before going out of town (I don't want it to run when I'm not home, so it doesn't get stuck or run into undesirable substances). Overall, happy with my purchase so far and don't think it would have been necessary to spend more than double for a smarter vacuum. Wish it didn't scatter the litter, but it keeps the floors cleaner than before it came into my life.

I decided to give this refurbished robo vacuum a try since it was $40 cheaper than the new version. For the price it really does a good job of cleaning both my hardwood floors and carpeted floors. The battery lasts for about 2 hours while its cleaning and then needs to recharge for about 5 hours. It does a good job at finding its way back to the charging station when its low on battery on its own. It loses a star for being too needy and needing some supervision. I would not recommend you let it clean if youre not in the house. Sometimes it will shove itself under furniture and get stuck there or tangle itself on wires like my phone charger. Its also very stubborn. When it has trouble getting over an obstacle such as a thick air conditioner power wire or a dog toy, it will keep attempting to go over it instead of just choosing a different direction to go in.

I'll spare you the obvious and only mention in passing that this is obviously a Roomba-wannabee. That aside, it turns out to be a pretty good R-wbee. Which is unsurprising since I combed through a couple of different comparison YouTube videos, both of which ranked this model near the top of their lists in the category of powerful vacuum robot on a budget. This lil sucker is indeed quite effective. I only have a carpeted bedroom, so it doesn't wander much, but it easily traverses even the bulged or steeped edges of my old burber carpeting. Like any such device, if you're going to leave it unattended, you will need to clear away any cords or other small debris (anything up to about popcorn size will just get vacuumed). I empty mine every other time I use it, and it's rarely brimming over. The only problems I've encountered have always been some kind of cordage or wire or string getting wrapped around the spinning scrubber unit--easily corrected. I'm very happy with the remote. I tend to use it mostly as a remote controlled vacuum device; ie, me lazily stalking behind it, using the remote to reverse it or to bring it back round for a second pass, til I'm satisfied. In addition to allowing N-S-E-W directions, you can also press and hold a direction button to make it speed up. You can also toggle between carpet and hardwood mode. The device charges pretty quickly and usually lets me get 2 to 3 large room sessions completed before displaying low battery. I will note that my kitten was a mere 3 months old when I got this device and she has literally grown up with it. It long ago stopped frightening her and now she regards this device as a friend and playmate to such an extent that I had to move the charging dock from a floor corner to a low dresser drawer--because when I left it out in the open, my cat would always manage to depress the big GO button and send it off partially charged, destined to tangle up my charging cables and neckties. So if you plan on letting your cat grow up with this robot, take precautions. I would definitely buy another one of these, and probably will. Recommended.
