bought this thinking it would switch my phone on wi-fi to the closest node as I change where I'm at in the house. It doesn't do that! No way to change the settings to have it search for the closest node. Do not recommend this product for the amount of setup time spent (2 hours) and needing to reboot the nodes every few months and poor construction of power connections (has a short), get another brand instead.

I have tried to make Linksys Wi-Fi products work in my home. As of February, I was up to 6 nodes. With my Wi-Fi still suffering problems, I called spectrum out to look at the problem. Spectrum was able to tell me that the modem and internet was great. They called Linksys for me and after 5 hours we found one of the routers was bad and then we were able to get the wi-fi routers working. I was supposed to receive a replacement router for the broken one. I have waited over 2 and a half months and still have not received my replacement node. Customer service has been nonexistent. Still having Wi-Fi issues and not receiving the replacement Node, I went and bought EEROS product and am loving it! Great reception, easy to use and have not had to spend countless hours on the phone with technical support.

I spent nights after nights with linksys support trying to get this product to work as it should. It is unstable, and keeps dropping. To date it still does not work properly, it’s is very expensive, the cheaper mesh networks are more reliable.I do not recommend this product.

I have had this mesh system for several years and find it to be very problematic. Fails consistently and the supporting app is almost useless. I send an email each time and have NEVER had any support response. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product.

It worked for 3 years then died. The last one I had lasted 10 plus years. Talk about your planned obsoesence! I would not buy this product again!
