Easy to setup and operates. Bought for my self and one for my sister-in-law. Her's was leaking from the bottom. Shipped back for a replacement and the new one was shipped out the same day. First time I had to return an item.

This is a quality ice machine. It fits on my counter nicely and makes a good amount of ice quickly. It is excellently packed.

So handy to have all that ice outside.
