Cubes are a bit small. Beginning to act glitchy.

I really wanted to love this counter top ice maker, but it does not live up to my expectations. Pro: nice looking, well made, makes ice quickly. Con: expensive, kind of noisy, can't turn off display without unplugging, does not make individual cubes, but large blocks of cubes that you have to break up before you can put them in a glass. If you only want chunks of ice to put in coolers, this will work well for you. But if you want ice cubes that can be scooped from the machine to a glass, this is a no go (the large chunks of fused ice cubes won't even fit in the scoops). It does have an adjustment designed to control the size of the cubes, but even on the smallest setting, cubes are still fused together and have to be broken up.

I liked the product but my wife didn't because it doesn't keep the ice cubes frozen. They melt and it re-makes ice.

The Costway countertop ice maker is compact and attractive. The ice maker makes minimal noise and is easy to use. The ice comes out like an ice tray and you have to breakup the ice, not a feature that I like. Not sure I would recommend or order again.

Ice maker keeps making ice. Only downfalls are having to keep adding water every hour to produce ice and if the tray gets full it stops producing and the tray is small

This ice maker I have on all the time to keep some ice therapy machines full. I do have to fill them with larger ice cubes first then use these baby cubes to fill in the smaller spaces. This machine works ok. The ice is small and not real hard so I re freeze it before using.

I purchased this ice machine about 18 months ago. The "PLAINLY" states it's self-cleaning. It isn't self-cleaning, which is false and misleading information according to the FTC. I'm filing a complaint with them for this reason. I have spoke with Costway 3+ times and they state if you hold power button for 5 seconds it will start self-cleaning, yet it doesn't. Numerous customers have stated it isn't self-cleaning. I did what they stated to clean the machine, and now it is leaking water and had started to mold on the inside due to unable to clean throughly. Costway needs to be held accountable for theirs false and misleading information. I'm looking into getting a class-action suit to STOP them from continuing to state this false and misleading information. I wouldn't have spent $200 if I knew from the start it wasn't self-cleaning, and by reading other reviews, I don't believe other customers would have purchased either.
