Great little ice maker... Works like a charm

Lots of ice when compared to other ice makers we have owned. Only negative ... square ice cubes which are attached to each other and, even when broken apart, are difficult to scoop out.

Love the ice it makes but it falls out as on block of 24 little cubes that must be broken up to fit in the glass Other than that it’s a wonderful product

We really enjoy this ice maker. It has been a work horse, never turned off for two months now. The holding compartment stays very cold and we have little melting. And, the ability to adjust how soft or hard you want the ice is a great feature. Easy to clean. Overall very quiet. The dropping of ice when on the empty side has a bit of noise to it...but NOTHING compared to our refrigerator ice maker that burned out two years ago that always woke me up in the middle of the night! At times you get ice that sticks to the lever that determines if compartment is full...so keeps making ice that builds up layers on the metal cube frame. But very seldom and seems unavoidable with how much ice we pump out! Easy fix with a bit of warm water to melt away build up and start fresh! Came very well packaged. Very impressed so far!

I like the machine. Had to get the ice consistency just right otherwise I couldn't break apart the cubes. Runs hot, fan is in the back so have to keep it away from the wall. Makes LOTS of ice fast which I love! I've had 4 other ice makers & this one makes the most the fastest. Holds A LOT more water then the others too so you don't have to fill it as often. It's about twice the size as the others too so counter space is limited around it but overall, I love it & hope it lasts longer then the other 4 I've owned.

Drain plugs leaks. Have to use plumbers tape any time you drain it. I’ve had it two weeks and it’s froze over twice. Had to turn power off and let it defrost but other than that it works good.
