Bought as a gift for my daughter that loves to bake. Within three months it was not mixing properly. Attachment was getting stuck. Called customer service and was advised to take back to get refund but when I bought it it was on sale and they wanted me to pay full price.

I had gotten this as a gift only to find that it could not handle mixing dough at all. Everything was set up and locked, and the mixer shook as if something was unhinged. I had to repackage, go to target, request an exchange. Got a new one of the same Hearth & Hand mixer only to find out it had the exact same issue. This is not the quality Kitchenaid I know. My mothers Kitchenaid mixer that is around 30 years old works significantly better than both of these. I'm highly disappointed. I would add the videos but Target doesn't seem to allow them.

Clicking sound when using the attachments. I’m not sure what to do. I guess I’ll contact target first to see about a replacement.

Don’t waste your money. Stick with the OG ones. It sounds like it’s gonna fall apart. Not happy at all. This is my 3rd KA also, so I know what to expect

I bought this mixer because I love the color and size and it has the tilt head and not the lift (already have a larger lifting Kitchenaid and wouldn't buy it again either.) The quality out of the box when first mixing was not great - it sounded like it was going to shake and rattle itself apart. I've had it a couple years now, it gets the job done and hasn't really gotten any worse but it clearly is shoddily manufactured, disappointing since Magnolia has put it's name on it. Also, after reading some reviews here I did some digging about the presence of lead in the attachments and found they have tested (highly) positive according to the Lead Safe Mama website. I will be looking for replacements asap.

Absolutely stunning however total garbage. The more and more hearth and hand products I buy the more I realize they are a very low quality, aesthetic over quality company. I have never owned a kitchen aid even tho I bake all the time. I never could afford it so it was a huge deal to be given this for Christmas. I had in 10 hours and had not even baked with it before the beautiful finish started chipping off! It’s so beautiful and the color is really even better in person so this is heartbreaking. Do not buy. There is no way this is the quality of an average kitchen aid that last generations despite the high price tag.

This is beautiful and did a great job mixing cookie dough. Unfortunately, the first time I used it I was unable to get the bowl off. It was completely stuck. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure out how to get it off. This would have been an even bigger problem if I had made a batter or something with a runnier consistency. I decided to try it again, hoping the problem had just been a fluke. Nope. Second time the bowl stuck again and was even more difficult to get off. I’m not willing to deal with this every time I use it so I’ll be returning it.

Was so excited for this color, but was sadly disappointed when the stop button didn’t work! I tried mixing cookies, and It doesn’t stay in place when I try to stop and rests at 2. It was also difficult to get the whisk attachment off, a common problem with Kitchen Aids in general. Super cute but came broken. :(
Grinding noise
I bought this to replace my old Kitchenaid. I turned on my new mixer to make sure it was working and immediately knew that it was not sounding like it should. I exchanged it for the identical product, and had the same problem. A grinding metallic noise at all speed levels. I have seen many of the same complaints on Kitchenaid's own web reviews. I returned the 2nd mixer as well. Very disappointing that Kitchenaid's quality seems to be slipping.

Makes an ugly noise , shakes a lot when using it to mix my cookies ingredients.
