They are cutting corners, do not keep up with tax laws and regulations, and even though they claim to have a calculation guarantee, that's a joke. They refuse to honor it, even though the software is flawed. They's certainly gone downhill in their quality control and showing care for the customer. Had been a customer for several years... NO LONGER.

I have been using H&R Block tax software purchased at AMAZON For 11 years. There has never been a problem downloading or running the software on my iMac platform. I feel I should receive a refund for this purchase.

I bought the state program, but it's useless since I can't file form EC for solar and wind credits. This is not a complex form, but Block isn't going to support it. This is a waste of my money, since the state program is useless to me; MA form 1 is simple enough to file on paper or through MA DOR. This program adds little in the way of convenience. In fact, the program has a lousy UI and has not been updated in any meaningful way in years.If Block, Intuit, et al are upset that certain politicians are lobbying for their demise, tough cookies. I will not pay either of them again.

If you want to spend hours trying to get the state part of the download, this is the software for you.

Cannot figure out how to open software. My Mac prompts me to purchase WinZIp which doubles the price of the software purchase.

Purchased, downloaded and all it keeps doing is running around in circles Federal update, finish, updating, program not responding.....in a big loop...over and over. Deleting and purchasing Turbo Tax in hard disk format

Been using HR block software for many years. Bought this again for 2023 and regretting it. HR block doesn't support IRS form 8911, EV charger credit. How do you sell tax software that doesn't have all the forms you need?

I spent +3 hours trying to correct or update, talked to a tech. It said my only option was to mail it in, I paid for the software so I wouldn't have to mail it in. It said my error was in my SSA section and highlighted in red. It said my paid tax deduction, was higher than my payments. For example, $2000 isn't higher than $12,000. No matter how many times I re-entered the value, they said this was an error. Been doing taxes online for +20 years, never a problem. My taxes, deductions and incomes are very simple. 2 incomes, standard deduction. Would like a refund, not satisfied at all, +3 hours for a 20 minute job, so I can now file my taxes using Turbo Tax ASAP.
