This was something I had to down load and it was to difficult for me. I am not very computer savvy.

Cannot load this product-have tried for days. Cannot return cannot ask questions????

we could not get it to load correctly and neither could tech support at H & R Block. We ended up buying it again directly from H & R Block. Got that one to load and activate with no problem. Lesson learned will by direct for this kind of software in the future. Only $10 more in cost and well worth it.

apparently has a software glitch. Started a new return and imported prior year info. Refund of $2 showed up when import completed. No data for 2023 had been entered. Traced it to its sources (EIC worksheet). Started to correct with an override. Got a popup saying I could not e-file if I changed the program derived amount. Called the number provided for help with the software. Downloaded another Deluxe program. Installed it, started a new return, imported last years info and, once gain, got the same $2 refund. Now I'm looking at spending too much time manually inputting info from last year or on the phone with H&R Block. Or buying TurboTax.

Tried to find form and there is not help. Program is really bad i am going back to Turbo Tax

For the second year 2020 and 2023, I was unable to down load a state (California) program. Called customer service and the person was very nice, but in reality, there was nothing she could do to help me. The next day I received an email from the company and I checked the boxes and made some comments, but the email survey would not send. It kept saying that I did not check the rating boxes. I just gave yp and deleted the message.

Beware, does not calculate SSA sump sum

The online free version does more than this one, I feel like I am filling out my own tax forms. I wanted to avoid sending the papers by mail and thought this would save me some money since it was 10 more just to do federal. They made me work for that money since I have to do way more work than the one I have been completing on hrblock.com and i have to wait two days until they can update their software before I can file. This is just another way that they try to get you to spend more money on filing taxes. They should just let the IRS have the online free file and be done with this game of trying to upsell everyone on their tax filing. Next year I will fill out the forms and mail it in there will be a lot less hassle than trying to navigate this software.

From the moment I started it was nothing but issues.I got this on Black Friday and now it's too late for a refund now that it's time to do my taxes.I am very angry with this.I feel robbed.Now I will download Turbo Tax like I always do.What a shame
