I have Cox 500Mbps. My Motorola DOCSIS 3.1 was three years old and dropping in and out. I did not want to spend a bunch on a new modem. It was a little worried about this one being DOCSIS 3.0 but I get full 500Mbps on Speedtest and no dropouts so far. Easy setup to activate with Cox.

The price is right. Setup was simple in my Comcast account. It’s been running wonderfully fast for over a month now.

Extremely easy to hook up. Small and compact, thus needing less space compared to others like it. Works well with my internet and allows me to use my internet to its full potential.

This brand is the only I use for Modems and this particular one is very powerful.

I think there may have been a mistake on this order. The modem is not compatible with an Xfinity Comcast system. However, the package says it is compatible.

I had a problem with my Internet signal fixed by Cox. Modem unnecessary.

Comcast upgraded so I had to also, we’ll that’s what they said. This product works fine.

had a 6 year old docsis 2.0 surfboard, just upgrade to this today, about a half hour ago. super easy to install, obviously just direct swap out. xfinity app was super easy to use, 6-7 minutes it was up. love the ARRIS builds. I didn't realize this was the 1 gig modem though, my mistake. need to return for the 3 gig model but either way this is a 100% recommend.

I tried repeatedly to set up - however the instructions said scan the QR code on the box, however there was no QR code. There was a place where a 2" by 3" sticker had apparently been removed that may have had the code. All that was there was a sticky area. I returned and ordered a Netgear modem.

I did face issues while connecting it to the Internet. May be some issue with lan port. It did show online which means it was able to connect to Xfinity but the lan cable going to router had issues..I tried multiple router to be able to confirm that. Could be a faulty piece.
