After using my roomba for 4 years, this vacuum is a breath of fresh air. The mapping feature and the automated emptying work great. I was ready to go buy another Roomba until I read about the replacement bags. So glad I chose the shark.

We have been using this new shark vac for several months now and the new technology of this robo vac is amazing. I have used robo vacumnms for several years and the way this one works beats them hands down. No more just random bumping all over the place. This one methodically cleans the floor and actually knows were its at. It always amazes me how it carefully maneuvers back to dump its bin or recharge. I have other vacs and they do not get turned on anymore. I am sure there will always be a manufacture problem with any product, but this one works excellent!

I never go into robots technology or new thechie things thinking it’s going to be life changing- I’m always skeptical… but this little guy has changed my life! It has some noise but way less than a manual vacuum and no cord to hassle with. I have not had to change out the dust tank yet but I like being able to see how much is in it. Taking this chore off my list has opened up my time just enough to get other things done for myself and I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner!

I don’t know how we made it without our Shark! If you have an indoor dog, you know it is impossible to keep up with the shedded hair. This does a wonderful job. It is a lifesaver!

Setup was quick and easy, only pain point of note was kicking off the exploring run to generate a map. Vacuum was connected to Wi-Fi, but apparently the signal was too weak. Once relocated to a better spot, the app was able to properly communicate and start exploring.Loud when discharging into the bin, but to be expected to pull all the debris from the vacuum into the reservoir.Appears to pick up much better than the unit it is replacing and the row by row cleaning leaves much more satisfying lines in the carpeted areas, also a huge improvement over our previous robot.Overall, very satisfied a couple days in!

Works great but warning I have a small 2 bedroom apartment so if your cleaning a bigger place you might want to set a seclude for different rooms for different days it recharges twice to clean my apartment

So far very satisfied with performance. Easy setup.

We like how you just start it and it does a great job cleaning and it even noticed we put up the Christmas tree and stayed away !!Love this thing ! we have white carpeting and alway having to pick up things and now it does it for us !Did I mention we love this thing LOL

We used this for our entire house. It did a great job and was fascinating how it knew where to go. Wish it did a better job of corners and was a little smaller to go on either side of toilets. If it was just a little slimmer it would fit under our coffee table, end tables and entertainment center!

Doesn't always take the path I would expect, but cleans well. Exploring and mapping were accurate. Goes back to the dock to empty regularly. Battery life not as long as I would have expected, but docks and restarts when charged to finish cleaning. I'm happy with my purchase.
