Works awesome

When used nightly, for pet hair and dust. Expensive but seems to keep the pet hair cleaned up.

Works really nicely

It is quiet, efficient and seems to do a good job. The real test is how well it will last..

I recomend cleaning the roller out every other week

Works great cleans the house very well we have a dog and 2 cats and it was nothing short of a challenge to keep the floors clean until we got this unit. I really recommend cleaning the roller out every other week or so. Hair gets wrapped up at the ends of the roller and it will cause it to have error code 2. Just flip the robot upside down and using a small screw driver take out the 2 Philips head screws and remover the roller. Clean the hair out and put it back together and get it back to cleaning.

Good vacuum, stupid app

This vacuum is really good. There is a noticeable difference before & after it runs. And it does leave lines in the carpet like a video review I watched, which is really cool. I gave it 4 stars over all due to the app being disappointing & stupid.I got this as a Mother’s Day gift as an upgrade to the current robot vacuum we have. It was a cheaper model by Dreame. The app for that robot lets you schedule cleaning multiple times a day, for different rooms, and different cleaning settings. You can also watch where it’s cleaning on the map, which is very cool.I don’t feel like I’m expecting too much from a large brand name company’s app. I just expected it to be AS GOOD or better than my cheaper model i have.

Verify model number on bottom of Robot

I ordered two newer model Shark Robot Vacuums with emptying towers on two different orders. All I have to say is verify model numbers on the Robot with what you actually purchased. I had to return both for antiquated midel substitutions. In my opinion, this was done by Shark. I also purchased one at Kohls and it too had a different model number. I returned it also. Don't be ripped off, verify your model number on the machine itself. Beware!!

Eliminates at least basic vacuuming..

Anyone who can go 60 days without emptying the base did not need a vacuum in the first place. We empty it about every three days. The interface is crude at best. We have a Husky and a Groenendale (lots of long hair). The vacuum gets much of it. On average we can go three days without cleaning the brush roller and without the unit getting stuck.

3rd time is the charm!

Original one was great for a month... until the WiFi reception broke. Returned. Then # 2 battery only charged to 70 %. Seller wouldn't send a new battery so I returned this unit too. Unit #3 is great... so far! AMAZON was great helping me get them replaced quickly. Reason I was so persistent is it WORKS GREAT, and maps rooms well.I knew this from unit #1, and was stubborn til I got a good one. (* note: #2 and #3, are rebuilt ones, which were 100 bucks cheaper. )Let's see how #3 holds up.... like #1 seems great, and quietly cleans on schedule or when I pick a room... like cat litter hallway.

Good working Robot Vac

This vacuum really does keep our floors (hardwood, rugs, tile) clean -- the suction is good, leaving little debris behind. The LIDAR quick mapping works really well and can map out your house in about 20-30 minutes. We found the the vacuum is easy and intuitive to maintain. The big drawback to this model is it's obstacle avoidance for objects below 2.5" - it will plow right over them. For obstacles above 2.5", it does a great job sensing and avoiding. In my opinion, this means that this robot needs to be supervised - which isn't that huge of a deal for us but maybe a dealbreaker for others. We operate the robot when we're home and can verify that there are no obstacles in the zone we would like to clean.
