Did lots of research on robot vacuum's and have experience with other robot vacuums. This one appears to be the best robot vacuum I can find. One of the few bagless as well as LiDAR. I have only owned it a short time but so far all of the features including the app features work well and I am very impressed with the vacuum cleaner. The "spot clean" function works surprisingly well as well as the no-go zones. Great vacuum cleaning especially for the price one of my favorite gadgets.

So this is my first robo vacuum but I have to say I'm kind of impressed. The app connects with no problems. It was super easy to set up. The app is cool cause you can isolate specific areas in your house instead of just a general all around cleaning. The bin doesn't require a bag so you just dump it in the trash and put it back. I really have no complaints. 10/10

I love this! My old roomba used to hit the wall and cause scuffs and never dock properly. This shark doesn’t bump into the wall or other objects. Does a great job transitioning from tile to carpet and docks itself with no problem. The self cleaning itself also really helps out. So far I’m really impressed. I have not used the app so I don’t have an opinion on that portion of it.

I Have Google, and I just have to tell Google to Start the Shark in the Kitchen, or Up Stairs, and Away it Goes Cleaning the Floor, and Vacuuming, When Finished, it Docks, and Empties the Debree into a Canaster. Was told Delivery would be about 8 days. but it got here in 3 days very Happy. I bought Two units; I am thinking of getting a Third Unit. It Outperforms My Rumba Unit, in the Den. and I don't have to empty it after each Cleaning. I can wait until the canister gets full then empty it, approx. 60 days. The One Downstairs Cleans the Livingroom, Kitchen, Dining room, Bathroom, 3 Bedrooms, and Laundry room, with time to Spair. It also has a Hepa Filter. that Catches All Debree when it Empty's, it doesn't leak Debree back into the Air. I am Really happy with this Shark. Michael, CO.

If you are hesitating to purchase this, don’t! I’ve been eyeballing robotic vacuums for years and finally decided to purchase this one after reading many reviews on all that are out there. This mapped my house accurately in less than 30 mins and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. It is super quiet, returns To the dock flawlessly to empty, then returns right to where it left off. It makes perfect vacuum rows in my carpeting and even when the house isn’t super clean, running this gives me a sense of cleanliness and oddly, accomplishment! I have a German Shepherd that sheds year-round and I’ve had no problems with it picking up his hair or clogging. I empty the storage bin about once per week or maybe twice, but it’s totally worth it to me. The only reason for -1 star on suction is simply comparing it to an upright vacuum… it’s definitely not as good but still impresses me!

I don't know how we lived without this. It does a great job, and we have 3 large dogs who go in and out (bringing a lot of the outdoors indoors) and shed a LOT.

I use this for cleaning downstairs floors. It is amazing!!

You had me at "Alexa". Having the ability to put the Shark RV2502AE AI Robot Vacuum into an Alexa morning wakeup routine is simply GENIUS! Every morning, Jarvis launches at 7am and does his rounds, leaving me with a spotless floor to start the day off with. Yes, Jarvis has upset the dog a bit as it bumps into him occasionally. Unlike Walter, the cat in the Chevy Tahoe commercial, my dog doesn't do chores so Jarvis gets the nod if he bumps into the dog. The suction is seemingly strong, leaving our hardwood floors spotless. The room mapping is well-designed and simple to understand. I like how I can tell Alexa to have Jarvis clean high traffic areas, taking about 15 minutes to complete. The wheels seem to have an offroad capability when they encounter a thresh hold or carpet transition, climbing over it with ease. Watch out for floor registers as Jarvis thinks it is a cavern that he does not want to fall into. All in all, this is a great investment in HEPA filtration and a cleaner floor. We love it!

I thought I liked the shark iq, then I got this and was blown away by how much better it is at cleaning, not getting stuck, and finding its way around the house without bumping into everything. The only drawback is it is a little taller so it doesn't fit under my furniture (the shark iq could).
