Setup was quick and easy, only pain point of note was kicking off the exploring run to generate a map. Vacuum was connected to Wi-Fi, but apparently the signal was too weak. Once relocated to a better spot, the app was able to properly communicate and start exploring.Loud when discharging into the bin, but to be expected to pull all the debris from the vacuum into the reservoir.Appears to pick up much better than the unit it is replacing and the row by row cleaning leaves much more satisfying lines in the carpeted areas, also a huge improvement over our previous robot.Overall, very satisfied a couple days in!

I don’t know how we made it without our Shark! If you have an indoor dog, you know it is impossible to keep up with the shedded hair. This does a wonderful job. It is a lifesaver!

I never go into robots technology or new thechie things thinking it’s going to be life changing- I’m always skeptical… but this little guy has changed my life! It has some noise but way less than a manual vacuum and no cord to hassle with. I have not had to change out the dust tank yet but I like being able to see how much is in it. Taking this chore off my list has opened up my time just enough to get other things done for myself and I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner!

We have been using this new shark vac for several months now and the new technology of this robo vac is amazing. I have used robo vacumnms for several years and the way this one works beats them hands down. No more just random bumping all over the place. This one methodically cleans the floor and actually knows were its at. It always amazes me how it carefully maneuvers back to dump its bin or recharge. I have other vacs and they do not get turned on anymore. I am sure there will always be a manufacture problem with any product, but this one works excellent!

After using my roomba for 4 years, this vacuum is a breath of fresh air. The mapping feature and the automated emptying work great. I was ready to go buy another Roomba until I read about the replacement bags. So glad I chose the shark.

I need to keep a cleaner house than most people. This Shark does a better job than my old Roomba. It has more hepa filters and a better brush system. My old back is very happy.

Great vacuum, does what it needs to do, which is collect animal hair. Easy to setup and use.

Makes cleaning my floors a breeze. Plus not only can you schedule cleanings, but it empties itself. Highly recommend.

This is the best robot vacuum we have ever had. We’ve had two other top rated robots and this shark cleans extremely better. It is easy on furniture contact. The suction is excellent, getting fine dirt up as well as dog fur. We can walk barefooted and feel a smooth, clean floor. We also are liking it’s collection emptying and it’s discovery of the floor layout and being cleaning thoroughly.
