This was easy to install and is working like a charm.

We really hoped that this awesome fireplace insert was going to be the ticket to our going from wood burning to insert. It is awesome however it was way to small for our opening. We struggled with returning it. We had to realize that though it was easy to install it looked lost in the opening. We were grateful that Costway was so understanding! The return was easy and so appreciated!!! We would highly recommend!!

Us for heating a 40' fifth wheel trailer that we live in year round.

I bought this to install into my office bookcase so I can heat just that one room during the day instead of the whole house. It saves on the heating bill, that is certain! It was super simple to install, looks great, is very quiet, and heats my small home office to a comfortable temperature. It also makes a nice background for Teams/Zoom meetings as well. The different color flames will be fun for Halloween. It has been working without issue 5 days per week, 8+ hours per day, for several weeks now without issue. I love it!

We were looking for a small electric fireplace insert for our beach condo. This one works perfectly and has all the features we wanted—several color and flame settings, heat at multiple levels when desired, and remote control for easy operation. We love it!

Works great and warms up my living room really well. I'll update at a later time if I have problems, I'll also update my electric bill so you all know how much I used it and how much my bill went up. Next 30 days or so, look for update. UPDATE: 11-05-2022 lowest it has been outside is 35 in the mornings. So far it has kept the living room warm at 73-75. I've had it running for hours sometimes and it's great so far. I'll update again if any problems.

Got this for the camper. This fit in the spot perfectly! I absolutely love it. Looking forward to the next camping trip now!
