looks good for the price, it really makes the room more inviting, I just wish it had a higher output of heat.

The assembly instructions were not very clear—put the screws in first, before the frame? What purpose do they have, anyway? There were supposed to be 12 screws, but there were only seven in the package. Didn’t even use them because I don’t know why they are even needed. Biggest disappointment was that the image of the fire is more like glowing embers than a roaring fire. It’s ok, you get what you pay for.

We built a whole cabinet for our living room to fit this heater. It worked great for about a week. Now it shuts off after 20 mins. The lights will still come on but no heat, no blower. Sometimes the heat just refuses to come on at all. It’s the middle of winter and sending it back or trying to contact tech support is such an inconvenience. Thank goodness this isn’t our main heat source. We might have received a dud but I don’t have a lot of confidence in trying to get a replacement.

Everything seems to be working butbe aware the remote has no temp settings button. I might have ordered a different one.

It’s ok. Doesn’t give off much heat.
