Replaced a non functioning pellet stove with this unit. Very satisfied as it was easy to install and we were enjoying the heat and beauty almost within the hour.

The media could not be loaded. It’s cute! The flames are not as big as advertised, however it’s a good deal. We used particle board/ cut it to size and inserted the fireplace inside. We also painted it black so it would look like a complete piece. Good buy to update our wood burning fireplace.

I put the unit in a ship lap wrapped cabinet for the grandbaby could have a glow to remember her 1st Christmas. Worked well!!

Looks great, but lacks the output

Its very beautiful, and puts out good heat. I just wish you could adjust the vents. It only blows oit upward towards the ceiling. I would like to be able to point it down. Other than that it is great!

My remote stopped working - the buttons broke. can i get a replacement remote for this unit?

I was very pleased with the quality of this insert. Behind a fireplace screen I suspect it will look much like the real thing as just viewing it out of the box is impressive. (I got this for my daughter so haven't been able to check this out). The additional flame colors (blue and multi-color were a pleasant surprise, especially at this price point.

I like the way it looks and the different colored flames. It warms up our family room nicely

This is electronic fireplace unit is well made and well packaged and fast delivery. I put the unit inside of my actual fireplace and it looks good and nice to change to the three colors. The flames themselves apart from the embers in the front are not realistic like other more expensive units I have seen. The flames giving the impression in real life experience to be rolling up on a screen but still pleasant and vibrant to look at. For this price about $187 delivered I am happy, it is much more cheerful than looking at an empty fireplace and it can be turned on and off with different intensity levels with the remote. Would have given 5 stars if the flames looked more realistic. They look more realistic in my photo than to the eye. Nice though worth buying.
