The media could not be loaded. The product arrived when scheduled and packaging protected the item. I built a hearth box and mantle for it. Heats my 1200 sq Ft space and is eye appealing for my basement entertainment room.

Obsolete beautiful for my living room

**UPDATE ** worked great for a few months but died at the end of March. Might have just been mu unit, but I'm not the best at keeping paperwork to return, so not going to risk buying again....I have a gas fireplace and I'm a cheapskate, but I love the fire, so I bought this, and so glad I did!I wasn't smart enough to measure to make sure it would fit, so it sits in front of the actual fireplace, but you really have to look to notice...And, as you can see, my old girl (black lab) and pup both love it when they're tired!

My health has caused me to lose my balance so family was afraid I could fall while working with wood. So this way I have heat and warming visual.
