I got this bassinet for my baby shower, and was really excited to use it...the first few weeks of using the music started to break - half of the songs sound like white noise because they are breaking already. It wakes the baby up its so bad so I can't use the music anymore. Would not recommend unless this is fixed.

FYI Roma color is purple with flowers. In the pictures it looked gender neutral to me, but it’s not. I’m pretty disappointed. Instead of “Roma”, they should have listed it as purple or Roma Purple Flowers. I have enough stress as it is with prepping for a newborn with 2 other young children. I don’t need the added stress of spending good money on something that comes in a color I didn’t expect.

This bassinet is not worth the price the power randomly trips out when we are trying to use it. We have used this bassinet for about 1 month. It’s too bad because my baby loves the rocking and soothing sounds. I just wish that it would have worked properly.

I bought this bassinet a month and a some days ago, my newborn is just 21 days and it doesn’t work! The vibration settings never worked and now it has a tingling light whenever I try to use it, the basquet doesn’t move and it makes a weird noise

I loved this bassinet until it started making a clicking/creaking noise while rocking after only a few weeks of use. I submitted a claim to Graco weeks ago and still haven’t heard from them…

I assembled this and the power doesn’t work. Do not buy! I see other people have the same issues! Please send me a leg with a functional power cord!

I bought this bassinet & was so excited to use it. My baby has become dependent on the rocking to stay asleep. I go to turn it on tonight & it will not turn on. Tried several different outlets in the house & no luck. I can not get the baby to sleep without this so I am VERY frustrated that it just stopped working after 3 months… it will be a sleepless night for the both of us. My baby is very irritable without it :(

I purchased this bassinet a few months ago prior to our daughter’s birth. We used the electronic features twice and then the bassinet stopped working. We couldn’t turn on the electronic features at all. Money wasted.

The product wire has loose connection issues at the junction and it stops working every now and then. Not all the music tones they have used sound's like baby sleep music. Some of them are really horrible. The Speed adjustment basic movement is too fast for newborns. The vibrator sound is horribly loud for babies. Not worth the price. Yes your newborn may sleep in it for hours and that is not because of product quality its simply because new borns sleep for hours. Its how they were created.

My son is 6 weeks old and already the vibration and rocking features do not work. Initially it all worked great then we noticed it was still functional but started sounding much louder, and now it does not vibrate or rock, it's just a very loud motor sound when you try to get it to do either. Super disappointed, especially for this price.
