I bought this a month ago to my newborn could sleep closer to me and i LOVED it. Last night the vibration stopped working which is the main reason i loved it. When she would wake up the vibrate setting would soother her back to sleep. For the price, it shouldn’t break within a month. HUGE waste of money.

I was way too excited for this bassinet. Went home to set it up and worked like a charm. Once my daughter was born she was able to use it for about a week before the rocking stopped. I have to put more weight by the head of the bassinet in order for it to move. Highly disappointed because she seemed to enjoy it so much.

I received this as a gift last Thursday. I assembled it Saturday morning. When I first plugged it in all the features worked. I was really excited about the product- my baby will arrive any day. I turned on the bassinet 4 hours later and the vibration feature no longer worked.

The first one I got with two weeks the vibration went out on it and it sounded like a freight train, Graco did replace the entire bassinet, but not the settings randomly change, the rocker Motion so turn off And on on its own the same for the other features. The cover continues to pop off and there is little to no storage. The Should be one rocking stage below the lowest one to go slower, in often fine myself hand rocking it to get a slower speed

Vibration stopped working after 1 month. Would save money and get a lesser model.

Working great for the first few months of use and now the motor gave out after about two months of use. Keeps everyone up had to stop using the feature.

Really loved this item until the motor stopped working properly. It now clicks when it rocks which is loud and very disruptive. We no longer use the rocking setting which completely defeats the purpose of this product. We bought it especially for the rocking setting.

I really wanted to love this bassinet. Unfortunately, my baby will be wailing and the cry detection still doesn't kick in... We went through all the trouble shooting tricks in the FAQ and it still only detects his crying 10- 20% of the time. At other times, when the cry detection finally does kick in, it will reactivate when my baby is fast asleep and not making a sound-- and then wakes him up by starting new motions or sounds. Very frustrating. The bassinet itself is sturdy, spacious, easy to assemble, and easy to move. It's disappointing that none of the bells and whistles we paid for seem to work. Will likely return this item.

I have used for one week and today trying to put my 1 week old baby in the crib and it won’t turn on. the lights will not come on.
