Im in complete awe of this product. The cry detection is great. I used to physically rock my son to sleep day and night. This bassinet does that for me now and Iove how I can program it to turn on to rock, vibrate, and/or sing when it detects he is in distress or crying. The actual bassinet is nice and big and mattress is perfect for safe sleep. My other fav feature is that is has a side of wheels so during the day I can roll it out to the front room if I want him with me and then at night we can roll him back into the bedroom with us. The directions and setting it up were very easy. Some baby products are so hard and confusing to set up, but not this one. It also has mesh sides so I can see my baby while sitting on the couch or in bed. There’s also pockets that go around the bottom of the bassinet bed where I can put paci’s, diapers, wipes, etc for easy night changes.I received this product as part of the stellar parent testing panel. This bassinet is a game changer! The ease of use and seemingly endless features put this, in my opinion, at or above par with much pricier bassinets. From the moment I opened the box, I had a good feeling about this item. Assembly was super easy- only one screw! Typically, I am clueless when it comes to setting things up. I only referred to the directions twice, and when I double-checked the guide at the end, everything was correct. You have to appreciate a quick and predictable set up! As for the bassinet itself, I would call it ‘fully loaded.’ The ‘Cry Detection’ is a priceless feature! The bassinet goes to work automatically swaying, vibrating, and playing white noise when our three month old cries. I love that it is not overly sensitive, though, because he is a pretty noisy sleeper. We have not had any problems with the bassinet misinterpreting his squeals and grunts as actual crying- which is amazing! As far as long-term benefits go, we went from waking every two hours for feeds before using this sleeper, to sleeping 8 or more hours straight! The first few nights, the ‘Cry Detection’ soothed him back to sleep when he woke, but to my surprise, the wake times became spaced further and further apart. The bassinet actually taught him to fall asleep without feeding! I still keep the feature on for the occasional fussy night, and it does it’s job just as well as it did in the beginning! A bonus feature— ‘Parent Mode’— let me save my baby’s preferred rock, vibrate and noise settings, which is a huge time saver! Safety is always a huge concern for my husband and I when choosing baby items. Our son rolls, and knowing tis bassinet’s mesh sides are totally breathable helps us sleep easy at night. I also appreciate that the mattress attaches to the bassinet, so there is no chance it would move or bunch up by our little guy’s face. Some smaller features were also impressive. The canopy in our bright room was a welcome addition. We positioned the canopy facing the window, and baby boy no longer wakes as soon as the sun is up- it buys us at least another hour of sleep in the morning. I love how well the bassinet cleans up- the frame and mesh sides can be wiped down, and the mattress sheet has been washed multiple times with no signs of wear. The bassinet itself it’s small enough to feel cozy, but large enough that our 3-month-old (who happens to be 80th percentile for height) has plenty of room left. The footprint is also pretty compact, which works well in our petite bedroom, and the wheels give us the freedom to move it around the house (good for a safe place to put him down). When you don’t have a ton of room, it’s a bonus when things have a dual purposes. Great design + more sleep for everyone makes this bassinet a win! Nice job, Graco! I received the Sense2Snooze Bassinet with Cry Detection Technology through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it is a life saver!! We were originally just using a pack and play for our son to sleep in, but when we got this, he immediately started sleeping through the night! It was amazing. We love the swing and vibration features. The mesh sides make it breathable for him, and easy to see for us when we are laying in bed. The cry detection technology works great. Once he starts fussing and moving around it starts swinging, and making the noises. The only thing i can Complain about with this product is when the cry detection kicks in, it goes through the sounds fairly quickly. So maybe instead of going through each noise, it randomly picks one and does that noise for longer than what they currently are set to. Other than that, we love this product. Highly recommend!!!!! This is the bassinet I’ve ever had & I have 4 kids now. Thank you so much to to the Stellar Panel for sending me over this amazing gift to try out for review. I feel the motions, vibrations and sounds are genius for my newborn, It soothes him when he starts to cry, he even likes them when he’s awake. The cry detection really works & is a life saver for me when I’m trying to clean up the house. The mesh sides make it breathable, it looks nice & it’s easy to see your baby from a side point of view. I also really like how easy it is to take apart the mattress cover & clean it, I sometimes cover the mattress with a baby blanket which gives it a little personality. It’s really hard to pick a favorite but I would say My favorite feature of this bassinet is the rocking part because it’s such a smooth & easy rock that you can control the speed of. We received this bassinet thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel and are very happy to have learned about it through them. It is a great product at a fraction of the cost of many competing products with similar technology. The technology worked very well and movement was especially helpful in soothing our baby. Motions more so than vibration were soothing to our baby. When she started to cry the cry detection technology took about 15 seconds to kick in. Recommend using on standard mode vs. parent preference mode as the motions and sounds rotate which helped distract our baby from cry due to a new sensation allowing her to calm down faster and fall back asleep. The sounds were nice and meant we didn’t have to move our white noise machine around with the bassinet like we normally would. The mesh siding was easy to see through, which I appreciate so I can see if her eyes are open or closed without having to sit up or get out of bed. It was easily removed and cleaned. I would still recommend getting a separate sheet for over the mattress cover. Our favorite feature was the cry detection technology which rotated movements when our baby cried to help distract her from being upset. This was helpful in calming her down so she could fall back asleep. The bassinet helped us as parents sleep better by breaking up our baby’s crying when she woke up. Usually it doesn’t take much to get her back to bed, but we still would have to take the time to get up, walk in her room, and give her a pacifier. With this bassinet we didn’t have to take those steps as the crying technology and movement changes were enough of a distraction to stop her crying so she could calm down enough to put herself back to sleep. Parent mode was helpful for when she was awake and just relaxing in the bassinet when we were doing chores, however we found the random movement mode more beneficial in helping our baby get herself back to sleep due to the cycling through of different movement patterns and vibrations. We would definitely recommend to parents of newborns who find they baby can get worked up crying and need to be soothed back to sleep through motion. Keep in mind how long you plan on using this for your baby, as it likely would be too small length wise for our girl (currently 22 inches at 4 months) within another month. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to try out the Sense2Snooze bassinet on my newborn baby girl! I was honestly shocked at how well this bassinet worked to soothe my baby to sleep. Most rocking bassinets that I’ve used rock the baby side to side. This bassinet rocks the baby forward and backward and in my opinion this motion paired with the cry detection is the key reason why this bassinet works so well to soothe a crying baby to sleep and keep them asleep. The Sense2Snooze comes with a lot of sound options but the white noise and heartbeat sounds worked the best for us. Which we were able to set with Parent Mode so that the bassinet defaulted to her favorite sounds. My baby also really likes the vibration. I could put her in the bassinet fussy or even crying and the cry detection calmed her right down many of the times! Even when I said to myself no way is this going to work! This bassinet has really helped with the frustrations and exhaustion that comes from not being able to calm a baby down to sleep. The Sense2Snooze bassinet was fairly easy to assemble, is not extremely heavy and has wheels which makes it easy to move around the house. The mattress cover was easy to remove and wash and the mesh sides make it easy to see my baby’s face when I’m laying in bed. This bassinet also comes with a sun shade which helps block her from direct light. Not only does this bassinet help the baby fall asleep and stay asleep but it allows me to sleep too. Plus it frees up my arms during the day so I can get in a quick work out, do some things around the house and most importantly, spend quality time with my 2 year old. Which is extremely important for him to see mom without the baby. I highly recommend this bassinet. You will be amazed at how well it works.

This bassinet is great for the busy mom! I'm a mom of 8 and never used a bassinet like this. It is wonderful. The mesh sides gives a breathable environment and can keep an eye on little easier. The sounds are my least favorite about it. There are tons of sounds but to me they are kind of eh sounding. More like a old toy sound. Our favorite sound would have to be the middle on which is a rain sound. The rocking is a great speed and helps soothe my little one fast. The vibration could be a bit stronger but works pretty well. I love how there is a light to light up to see at night. Sometimes it took my baby crying a min for it to recognize he was crying to change settings. The thing with the microphone is it picks up anyone crying lol. So baby was asleep and my daughter, 3, got hurt and was crying across the room and it picked her up and changed settings thinking it was the baby. I wish it had a basket underneath as the 3 small pockets don't hold much. The mattress pad inside has strong velcro which is great. Easy to clean and stays in place. My baby likes movement so this helps everyone get sleep and eases the mind knowing he is in a safe bed and able to check on him while in bed. I would recommend this to all moms as it is an amazing product. Without testing with Stellar Product Testing Panel I wouldn't have know about such an amazing product! This is a must have ! I received the Sense2Snooze™ Bassinet with Cry Detection™ Technology from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it blew my mind! I have 4 children and have never had a baby product this high tech. Needless to say, I am sold on this bassinet! The cry detection responds well my baby’s cry and the bassinet moves with enough gumption that it puts her to sleep, even after she wakes up crying. Because of the cry detection sensor, it would automatically begin a combination of rocking, vibrating, and music or soothing sounds to soothe my baby back to sleep, and it works!! I only wish it would respond to the grunts and groans my baby makes as she tends to do A LOT of that prior to full blown crying. This may have been able to soothe her quicker. I think my little one enjoyed the vibration and music features the most, but the rocking/movement feature was the most useful to keep baby asleep when she had already fallen asleep in my arms. The mesh sides were beneficial too as I could easily look through them (notice in my pic) to see if baby was still sleeping rather than walk over to peer from above. Lastly, it was convenient to have the “parent mode” feature. As I stated, we noticed what helped our little one calm better and were able to use those settings to calm her quickly using the parent mode. My daughter is a picky baby and loves to be held, so when Stellar Product Testing Panel sent me the Graco Sense2Snooze bassinet I was excited to try it out and see if it could pass her test! -Upon opening the box and taking out all the parts I was already pleased because they kept it simple and most of the assembly was snapping pieces together and plugging it in. -It isn’t too bulky and is super light to move around the house. Added bonus, it has wheels making it easier to push around the house to different spots if needed. -The ability to move the canopy to either side was nice because if I moved the bassinet to a side of the room that had light coming from a different angle I was able to switch it around and block the light out still. -The speed of the motions, different sounds, and different levels of vibrations allowed endless combinations of ways to soothe my baby and find the perfect one. Which thanks to Parent Mode, when you do find the perfect combo you can save it and have it at the push of a button. - My daughter was able to lay in the bassinet even while awake and just stay calm because the rocking movement was so soothing to her. Thanks to the cry detection whenever she did fuss it would automatically start working and find that perfect combo of sound and movement to soothe her again. -The mesh sides allowed perfect visibility of baby and gave me the comfort knowing she was safe and had air flow. - Since we live in a small one bedroom apartment getting a giant crib was not in the picture and relied on bassinet as her main place for sleeping. Since receiving this I have been comfortable letting her sleep in there for the night and it kept her calm. She slept safely and I was able to relax and have a peace of mind not worrying. Cons: While the mattress cover is easy to clean it gets dirty so fast and since its a light color you see the stains faster. My daughter spits up often and it got dirty pretty quick. The wire that you plug it in to the wall is lengthy for good reach but there's no cable management so you just have a cable sitting along the floor. Get yourself one of these! You absolutely will not regret it. When we had our firstborn nearly 2 years ago a much pricier version of a similar bassinet came on the market, but there was no way I could justify the price. The Graco Sense2Snooze has all the bells and whistles, but is a much more cost effective alternative, and doesn’t lack in style or function. This bassinet literally does it all: has 10 melodies, 10 nature sounds, white noise, 3 speeds of rocking, 2 vibrations, and if all that wasn’t enough, cry detection technology! What’s this you ask? Only the greatest feature you never knew you always needed is all! The built in microphone detects your baby’s cries and starts soothing and lulling your baby back to sleep with rocking and melodies that change every 30 seconds active crying is detected. After your baby has been soothed it slows and stops until only white noise plays in the background and your precious peanut is back in la la land! PHE-NOM-ENAL! As a mother of 2 under 2, or any parent of a newborn for that matter will tell you, anything that adds sleep into your life is an absolute necessity, and this bassinet rocked and soothed my baby back to sleep not 1, not 2, but 3 times one afternoon! By the fourth time she woke she was hungry, or I have no doubt she would have been soothed to sleep once more! There is also parent mode: you set this mode to your favorite settings that calm your baby best and these will play when your baby’s cries are detected. The mesh sides allow me to see my babe without having to sit up and look inside, and seem to comfort her since she can see me as well. I am a huge fan of the beautiful heather gray linen color that matches all my decor. The mattress cover is easily removable and washes nicely. The storage is useful. We add diapers and wipes to the pockets under the control panel. There is also room for burp cloths, diaper rash cream, etc. The only thing I would appreciate that this bassinet lacks is an adjustable height feature. My bed is high so if it were a tad higher it would be easier to get her in and out of when I wake. This certainly isn’t a deal breaker as the other amazing features quickly make up for this. If you’re in the market for a bassinet, which I’m assuming you are if you’re reading this review, do not think twice, there is no comparison, buy this one!
