Purchased this the other day. Received it yesterday and set it up. It worked great and we were in love with it. Today we went to turn it on and… nothing! No power. It completely stopped working not even a day after receiving it. Super disappointed.

We’ve used the bassinet for a week, my baby seems to like it and we were enjoying the parent mode but the panel lights stopped working after a week

My baby has only been in it for 2 months and the vibration has stopped working and the sounds will randomly turn on whenever they want. I was so excited to find this bassinet until it stopped working

Haven’t even had for about a week and there is already clicking noises when moving back and forth. I have a newborn who isn’t sleeping through the night and I was having good luck with this the first couple days and now the loud clicking noise is keeping me up at night. Not impressed at all

When you think sense 2 soothe; you think of quiet while rocking your baby to sleep. NO! Every time it rocks it makes clicking sounds (sounds like a loud clock) and it’s not comfortable to hear while trying to sleep at night. It’s loud. Then I wish it had more then 2 volume notches. It’s either really loud or just loud, you don’t get an option when you want it lower. If it’s loud for me, then It’s definitely too loud for my baby. I got this product back in 2019 and now my daughter is using it. I only kept my first son in there for 2 months because he kept waking up crying, guessing it was very uncomfortable for him. Same with my 2 month old daughter. One more thing, the buttons should’ve been rubber or silicone because when I push it to shut the music off, the button clicks and it wakes up the baby, if it were silicone/ rubber, it wouldn’t do that. This part is just an opinion. We’re a GRACO family from the car seats to the strollers. We’re proud of GRACO but disappointed with this specific product.I just need sleep and this product isn’t helping.

This bassinet was gifted to us for our baby shower. I’ve seen people recommend it on social media so I added It to my registry. I should have done more research. My son is going to be 3 months next week, he’s sleeps in this almost every Night. After two months of using this bassinet the vibration, which help put him to sleep no longer works. The rocker on the lowest setting is very strong and too fast for a newborn. He would throw up every time I put it on, no matter how long we waited after he ate to put him in there, therefore we can’t use that setting. I’m very disappointed!!

We got this as a gift and in the beginning it was a life saver. The rocking and heartbeat sound is the perfect recipe to get my daughter to sleep. However, the vibration is too loud to use. The noise drowns out everything and we just leave it disconnected. The part that is the disappointment is the rocking motion. My baby is 5 months old and weighs 11.5 pounds, yet the bassinet clicks so loud and shakes as it rocks back and forth. Its disappointing to spend extra for these premium features, just for them to be faulty. I wish I would've picked another bassinet since this is definitely not one to be passed down to siblings.

This bassinet is nice at first but then the vibration and rocker got very loud and noisy. Graco sent me a new one to warranty it but now replacement one is noisy when it rocks. It’s very frustrating because I spent so much money on it and it’s very noisy.

Bought this two days ago and must return. Baby enjoyed the low rocking setting but woke up this morning to find the bassinet had moved itself and baby. Our baby’s head was hitting our nightstand through the mesh. We had it setup next to our bed where our old stationary bassinet had been to easily reach baby in the night. Rocking and vibration settings are fine though.

I received this as a birth gift a few months ago and I loved it but it stops turning on.
